Amazing Hotel, friendly staff and bunch of facilities.. We travelled with 4 years old girl. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. We rented a car and did few day trips- I recommend having car for this location. You can hear music all around, when entering Hotel, in the elevator.. - really nice touch Overall- I would choose this hotel again

HungaryWe didn't like the missing policy for the disgusting behavior of early reservation of the beach beds. That's like 0 points out of 10. The hotel has more rooms than sunbeds and the prollies reserve them during breakfast buffet. This leaves 60+% (!!!) of sunbeds unattended during the whole day leaving none for those who would go for a few hours of enjoying the sun or the pools. I will never ever book this hotel unless it is fixed. Others can manage it well.
This brand hotel is definitely worth staying in. Nice buffet, modern stylish rooms, although some parts are getting run down. You can experience the high standard HRH has. Most of the time the staff handles everything as you would expect in this level.

RomaniaIt was one of the best resorts we stayed in and we enjoyed our time greatly. If you are looking for a family friendly resort I totally recommend it. Some highlights of our stay: - great neighbourhood - you can easily walk outside the resort and find other great restaurants, or just walk / run as the whole area is really well maintained, clean and beautiful - the name is "Hard Rock Hotel" but it's actually a resort with everything you would wish for - there are lots of pools for smaller kids, teens, adults only - awesome music at the beach bar pool and a great restaurant also - there are 3/4 other restaurants in the resort but I've found that they are a bit short staffed during our stay and they weren't really opened or had a smaller availability - breakfast was 12 out of 10. everything you would wish to have for breakfast it was there - during the evening they had live music shows in the hotel lobby where everybody was dressed up like going into the city for drinks. good atmosphere. - during the day they have lots of performances and other events for kids or adults I don't give 10's easily in my reviews, but this one deserves it. We'll be back.

United KingdomArrangements for ordering drinks at bars and by pool not great. Finding staff to order drinks tricky and couldn’t be bothered to try at busy times. The food in Montauk restaurant was very good but the service and ambience wasn’t up to the price being charged for the food. Levels of staffing/ organisation is not what is expected for a 5 star hotel.

Two receptionists marta and bibi were arguing with me at the desk, instead of trying to explain everything in a nice and polite manner. That was really unprofessional and unpleasant. Especially at the high class hotel.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing, except of one fact unfortunately, that I had to face very rude behavior at the end of my holiday from the reception team members. Other than this unexpected experience, everything was really nice and enjoyable. Absolutely lovely and specious suite and amenities with fantastic window views. All other staff were really friendly, informative and helpful. Would be a super holiday ⭐

Gym, food, coctails were excellent. We needed to pay 100 EUR for the beach Bali beds per day to have privacy and feel luxury which was quite heavily priced but we enjoyed a lot the stay. The service in the Bali beds VIP session could have been better and more frequent.
