Excellent hotel , this was our 3rd stay at hotel helios and we will be returning next yr at some point

The hotel opposite (Garbi Park) seems to host large groups of students. They are incredibly noisy, shouting and screaming from the balconies and outside the front of the hotel. We appreciate that they are having fun, so we shut our balcony door at night so we couldn't hear them too much. But the air con at the Helios is on a timer and doesn't work in April! It was very stuffy and impossible to sleep. The receptionist arranged for a fan to be provided, which did help. They also sent up a bottle of bubbly as an apology ( very kind). Although the noise wasn't their fault...

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazing. Very helpful. This is the second time we stayed (out of season) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choice. There was also a great little Flamenco show one evening in the bar.

A very good and pleasant place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant, very high quality food and highly organised. Excellent breakfast and dinner with lots of choices, attention to the details and customer focused staff. Great customer care in the hotel overall (special mention: Miguel), hard working staff at all levels, always ready to assist. Very clean room, and very clean hotel overall. Very close to the bus station. Would definitely stay again next time in Lloret. In summary, it has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Bathroom is a bit narrow, but this is really a minor thing.

In a lively and highly active night life Lloret, hotel Hellios was a true gem. Staff was very helpful and friendly (from tips on where to park for free to everything else we needed), our room was quiet in spite of the noise from the streets, especially at night. Our towels were changed literally every day and our room cleaned. The beach is 2 min away from the hotel - one of the best beaches we've been!

Very good place to stay. High level of customer service at the restaurant and high quality food (Special mention to Ruben from Show Kitchen. He provides very high level of customer care at all times, very enthusiastic and very focused in serving customers; he is certainly a great asset for the hotel). Great customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Great facilities. Rate 10/10. Would definitely stay again next time. Highly recommended.

Since there are lots of discos around, it can be rather noisy, day and night. But, the hotel cannot do much about it, of course. Well, we slept with the balcony open and ear-plugs in, so it was fine. Closing the balcony also damps the noise considerably, and you can turn on the airco if needed.

Very friendly and helpful personnel 🍀We arrived just after dinner had finished, so we contacted the receptionist to ask if it was possible to leave us some food. When we arrived, our table had been set up with tasty dinner 👌🥰 The food was always fresh, diverse and tasty. In the morning you can get a freshly-fried ommelette, eggs or pancakes. For dinner there is always grilled meat and fish. The beds are very comfortable and there is a safe in the room (free). The rooms are cleaned every day (unless you decide to skip cleaning once or twice). The hotel is located very close to the bus station, market, supermarkets, beach and the cozy old centre.

I thought area outside was a bit rough. A few seedy characters hanging around. Also noisy and that was in October so high season would be very noisy.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and thought entertainment in the bar at night would be nice . I accept it was late in the season though .

Very centrally located to beach, bus station and shops,it was the perfect choice . Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent the room was great overlooking the pool, cleaned every day and water provided every day … .
