We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe family room. On the positive side, it is very big. Decoration though is very poor, so not particularly cozy. It is a pity since with a low investment it could improve a lot. The worst though is that the room is in the last level and for the architecture of the building there are only some small windows close to the roof which make the room really claustrophobic.

We liked the outdoor facilities for entertainment like the ping pong table, futbol pitch, and basketball court. The very large tv in the room was great but the wifi signal was too weak. They could improve the wifi signal and it would be great!

SpainThey have a buffet breakfast, they would need to include or make sure people are aware that you can order hot plates. I would recommend introducing hot food onto the general breakfast table as it is a little poor.
We loved the nature, the surroundings and location. The facilities are great and rooms too!

SpainWe specifically requested a large bed in the booking because we’re traveling with a baby, they gave us 2 separate beds, which was pretty uncomfortable. There was basically no solution offered by the hotel and we were told that Booking shouldn’t give this option, because they can’t give any guarantee. If the error is made by Booking.com or the hotel I don’t know. But a little compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated.

United KingdomThe restaurant was closed that evening and the bar closed at 8pm. I would have expected a 4 star hotel to cater for thier guests needs instead of it being like a Bed & Breakfast. There was 1 staff member on at breakfast who could not keep up replenishing the food items. We had a junior suite which was clean however the floor was damaged and a water stain on the ceiling. There had clearly been water leaking from the above apartment and the room was still slightly damp and had musky smell. Bathroom was very small. On our departure there was no reception staff at all.
Nice settings and hotel was clean. Staff very attentive. There was no food available at our arrival time but the bars staff happily provided sandwiches for us.

NorwayDon’t trust the pictures and info on the web site. The pool is not connected to the hotel, it is open only 4 hours a day!, and was not cleaned. They have no equipment for fotball, basketball, volley ball or ping pong. They refuse to turn on the light on the evening… this is NOT a hotel for families! Puigcerda was a wonderful experience, but stay somewhere else..

It was well laid out and the rooms were very comfortable. Stunning views from the hotel overlooking a magnificent golf course. We ate at the Resturant and the food was absolutely delicious and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

SpainWe had an unpleasant experience at the snack bar due to the poor service. We were willing to try the restaurant and the wine bar but after this experience we did not want to risk it anymore. Breakfast would be OK if it was included in the price of the room, but at 16 Euro per person/per night is a bit disappointing.
Location is great as well as the surroundings. Very fancy facilities and a big room, which includes an storage room to leave all your luggage and coats there.
