The common areas were a bit out of style. The area itself is quite uninteresting. Every time I stepped outside, someone stopped me for either money or cigarette, but it's safe though.

Big hotel chain close to metro station. Nice, modern, spacious rooms. Good amenities in the hotel, there is a private parking as well. Good breakfast.

Comfortable hotel with a good restaurant, close to the main train station and close to bus stops. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby, supermarket & pharmacy directly across the road. We only stayed one night in Seville in transit to Portugal but the hotel was comfortable enough.

Mini bar was really expensive. We didn't use it but it had a lot of choices.

Great breakfast! Great location near the center, shops and the sightseeings, you could visit them on foot. Big room. Parking in front of the hotel by paying by the day. Supermarket just opposite the hotel and another one even bigger some minutes away on foot. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Free little bottle of water and coffee machine in the room. There is a mini bar also just in case. Big flat television.

The sliding balcony door was broken, so we had to call staff to close it first (it was open when we got in), and then call them again when the other half also turned out to be not working. Although the room was clean, the walls were old and cracked in various places. There were a couple of huge moths in the bathroom. The reading lights are rather big lampshades straight above your head and make no sense. While the room is considered to be adapted for disabled guests, the adaptations leave a lot to be desired - the bath seat was a turning kind with armrests, and the only position inside the bathtub in which it does turn makes it impossible to access it from a wheelchair due to an adjoining bidet. My request for a simpler board-like seat went anaswered by staff. As a result, getting in and out of the bathtub was a rather risky business due to the position of water faucets and an oversized soap holder on the wall.

The room was generally comfortable, clean and fairly spacious, with a big balcony. The location is very good - a walking distance from the old city and at the same time in the newer part with many trendy restaurants and bars.

We had to wait until someone left the parking lot when we arrived there. I don't think this is the norm though, as there was a football match going on and the hotel is near the stadium. The staff helped us with this very quickly.

We had a very nice stay at Hesperia Sevilla! The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We had been on a road trip when we stayed here, so it was very nice to have a bigger space and a bigger bathroom! It's also not a bad walk to main attractions and restaurants in Sevilla.

Breakfast was too expensive at 16 euros per head per day! The very bad noise from the road kept me awake for most of the two nights. I am certain other people have complained about road noise before. The previous occupant had changed rooms but I don't know the reason, maybe the road noise. You could here people in the next room talking at 5.00-6.00am because the walls were so thin. The balcony only had one small chair and one small round table Only one coffee and one milk per person per day, this is unacceptable when I paid almost 250 euros for 2 days B&B. No mention of the 15 euros it cost per day for on-site parking when we booked To swim in the swimming pool costs an additional 14 euros per person per day. I have never paid extra to swim in a hotel pool as a resident. Reception staff were very rude when we arrived, so too was the housekeeping lady when I asked for a second cup and a second coffee.

The good sized bed and the shower were very nice.

The storage space in the room was very limited. There was a two drawer chest of drawers, but when we tried to use it, the whole unit pitched forwards and the drawers fell out. As this was quite dangerous, we complained, but we were informed that all rooms had the same unit and there was nothing the hotel could do.

The room smelled strongly of smoke although leaving the window open helped. Although the room was clean the fittings were old fashioned and could do with updating. Also the room overlooked a patio area and was noisy at times during the night. The reception staff were helpful but there appeared to be no literature or information regarding Seville readily available.

The location of the hotel was good. Within reasonable walking distance of the train station and the centre of Seville. Also close to Metro station. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard with fresh towels and toiletries every day.

TO NEVER COME BACK! Very rude staff and facilities extra charged! We booked a room (24-26Fev ) at Hesperia Seville hotel. When we booked we ask for specific facilities like inside swimming pool/spa, breakfast ad parking ( and confirmed those information by direct mail with the Hotel) . When we arrive there the reception staff was very rude and informed us that there was no spa and that we can use the health club outside the Hotel with extra payment (14 €/person). When making the check out we were informed that the breakfast was also not included and they charged us extra 160€. The children also pay the full price. The price of the stay raise from 300€ t0 500€.

The hotel lacks renovation. Walls and carpet in corridors are very worn out. Towels are placed very high on the bathroom wall, which might be a problem for some people. There is (was?) no heating in the bathroom. There are no extra pillows. Parking is outside and the places are not many. Breakfast is way too expensive (19.90 Euros).

The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed good. It includes an individual sofa. The bathroom was enormous. The property is very close to a metro station and one can get to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Also, it is easy to reach by car. The lobby features lots of seating places.

The main advantage of this hotel is great location - it's easy to get to the historical center and you can find a lot of shops, cafes and bars near the hotel. For example, El Corte Ingles is right around the corner. It is about 15 minutes on foot to major sights. WI-FI is free, in lobby it's fast but in rooms no. Because we had a business trip it was important to be connected to the Internet so we needed to spent some time in lobby with our laptops. Room was not so large but very comfortable, minibar was filled with different snacks (water 0,5 is 3.5 euros but in LIDL or another store in the street you can buy it 2l for 0.27 euros). Swimming pool and gym are for 14 euros per day. Parking - 15 euros per day. The breakfast was amazing - diversity of fruits, bread, bakery, cheese and meat-cutting. Scrambelled eggs, beans, bakon are always available.

Carpet on floors of the wings are sloppy and dirty (carpet). Very dark in the hallways. Staff seems to be in a bad mood all the time. (but maybe that is the way of the Spanish). Staff do not speak English or only poorly.

Large enough room, clean bathroom. very nice breakfast items. Clean and hygenic. good enough kitchen to have dinner. Nice staff at the terrace.

The fitness center and pool were not included in the rate which seemed unreasonable to me. The building is old and the accessibility is not obvious. While the room had a mini bar, there were no in-room coffee/tea facilities.

A long walk into the old town depends on age and fitness, the hotel itself was what it was,a place to sleep,it was more of a business persons short stay, very impersonal. We didn't get a clean on the second day we were there as the cleaner came at approx 4.30 in the afternoon.

It was adequate as a place to stay, but if you find walking difficult you will need transport into the old town could be expensive.Seville old town is beautiful.

Shower really needs refurbish, some humidity in the walls of the room, had dinner in the restaurant and the fish was within average but very salty, the breakfast was almost perfect catering to all needs but should have included some vegetables or salads

Spacious and comfort rooms, relatively near from the Santa Justa AVE train station, many restaurants options available in the nearby, somehow close to some attractions like the cathedral and AL Cazar

The partitions between rooms are not great and noise from adjoining rooms is a problem.

Very hood location. 50m from Nervion metro station, which is just 3 stops to Puerta Jerez, the centre of the old town. Otherwise it's about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes (approx €6) in a taxi. The hotel is just around the corner from the Sanchez Pizjuan stadium for Sevilla home games. There are bars and cafes/restaurants nearby. I found the hotel to be great value; €50 per night in late August for a decent sized, clean room with free WiFi (though not that strong in the room, better in the lobby). Excellent AC. Finally, I found the staff to be friendly and multilingual.
