Grandparents had nowhere to swim in the sun away from kids during time off. Would have been great to have a second pool outside to relax beside.

Kids evening entertainment could have been better, it was boring at times. Adult’s Pool as a bit crowd during most of the days, a second pool must needed.

Very well located, 5 mins walking from the beach, loads of convenience shops and kids pool. Staff at the reception always ready to promptly help.

There could be a bit more on offer for adults, but overall it’s really good, in a great location, and well-suited to families. The only downside is that the pool does get overcrowded at times.

Excellent hotel for a young family! It’s very much tailored towards accommodating younger children, with plenty going on to keep them entertained. The whole place is clean and tidy, and the staff are constantly working hard—I’ve honestly never seen so many staff at a hotel before, which makes everything run smoothl

The only issue that might effect the stay are old rooms. Old furniture, really outdated. If Hipotels would invest in the renovation the apartments than that would be perfect city hotel!

First of all it is clear that this is hotel for families with children and only for them :) Very good location of the hotel. The Staff was always very nice and helpful. Close to the nice beach. Absolutely enough number of sunbeds near the pools. The pools clean and most of the times big enough. High quality of the food. Breakfasts and dinners are very high quality! If you come with rented car there is a close parking and many shops and restaurants! We could definitely come again to this hotel.

Only downside was we found the pool to be very crowded. We did travel in summer holidays so knew it would be busy but feel the pool size is too small for the amount of guests.

Reception staff were super helpful & location was excellent. Hotel very clean & breakfast was very good.

The only thing I have to complain about is the coffee. Not the breakfast or the food. None of the days I was able to have a coffee (espresso) because the only one available in a machine was very bad. I had to leave the hotel to get an espresso. Unfortunately.

What we liked most about the hotel was the children's play area, which my kids really enjoyed. The pools, the activities in the pools, the soccer field and the playground. We have no complaints about the room. The beds were comfortable, the cleanliness always impeccable. The comments here really are true. The hotel staff are also very polite and kind.

What could be improved: the shower wasn’t very comfortable, and a bathroom renovation would definitely increase the comfort level. Also, the area around the pool drain was a bit moldy and could use better cleaning.

We stayed here as a family with our 5-year-old daughter and had a lovely time overall. The food was of very good quality, the room was clean, and the cool temperature inside was a big plus during the hot weather. There were great shows in the evenings, fun kids’ programs, and the water area was fantastic – perfect for families.

There is not many restaurant options nearby. So you'd better book all inclusive. We did but it would be fun to dine out sometimes.

It's the second time our family spending a holiday in sa coma. And we like the hipotels. The activities are very nice for small kids. Weather in June is lovely. We all enjoyed it. We sometimes would walk to another hipotels to enjoy different kids pool. So it's very worth the money
