The view from the bedroom window was a brick wall !

Local market building was undergoing an upgrade so it brought down the tone of the location. A Mercadona was nearby for all to shop.

Staff were super helpful about getting around, where to shop. Wondeful architecture and the River Ebro to walk along. Breakfast was excellent. Zaragoza is a superb place to visit.

The hotel was very difficult to find and you should book the parking. Even at €15 per night it was worth it, as parking in this area is almost impossible. We parked at the end of a no through road and found the hotel around the corner. We were then directed back up the road to the underground car park. This was very spacious and easy to park in but not signposted. Our room only had a window onto an enclosed central area. No view.

The hotel is right in the centre of the old town surrounded by Tapas Bars and Restaurants. The reception were very helpful and room very comfortable with on suite facilities. The bed was also very comfortable with good pillows.

Difficult to get to by car, satnavs can’t get there. We walked to it and then staff came with us to guide through one way system to underground secure car park. Once there it’s a little gem, very close to the Basilica del Pilar in all its magnificence!

The private parking in the hotel was a disaster! Don't park there! If for exaple someone parks left en right of you, there's a good chance that you won't be able to get into your car anymore because the places are very narrow.

    Nothing!

Location at one corner of Plaza del Pilar-Murallas (Romanas) adjacent to the Plaza del Pilar and minutes from the Puente de Santiago across the river Ebro; underground parking at the Aparcamiento Plaza de Pilar - only a 5 minute walk to the hotel: But first park your car here (no on-site parking at the hotel), then walk to the hotel - there you will get a voucher to park at a reduced price at the Aparcamiento Plaza de Pilar; be aware that it might take you as long as it took us (more than 30 minutes) to walk to the hotel: we surfaced on the Plaza de Pilar and there are the sights: Basilica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, the waterfall, Catedral del Salvador de Zaragoza and then you walk along the Roman ruins to the Mercado - all the photo opportunities just cannot be ignored. Checking in was quick and efficient, the receptionist friendly and helpful; our room, reached by elevator, was clean, quiet and well appointed (modern), the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern as well; the buffet style breakfast offered a variety of choices and was very good and plentiful; dinner is not available on-site and we took advantage of the many (tapas-like) bars and cafes on the Plaza de Pilar, even though regular restaurants are also within walking distance (just ask the receptionist). My wife and I very much enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel and the atmosphere around the Plaza de Pilar and Plaza del Pilar-Murallas and so should you.

I would not say i did not like it, but parking is a bit of the problem especially if the car is bigger then an average. The entrance is not very well marked as well. There is a sign on the front of the hotel showing somewhere underground. But in fact, to get to the entrance you have to take a first right turn after passing the hotel. The price of the parking is quite steep as well but this is a historical centre. If you travel light, it is better to use something like 'Interparking Paraíso' which is about 1.5 km away by feet, where one can leave car for something like a fiver overnight.

Basic accommodation in the heart of the city. A good value for money for sure.

Due to construction works in the streets surrounding the hotel, it was a bit hard to find the access to the hotel garage. The parking lots in the garage are quite narrow, so I would recommend it only for smaller cars. The window of our room was facing the enclosed inner courtyard so the circulation of fresh air was somewhat limited.

The location is excellent, in the vicinity of all the major sights. The room was clean, decent size, with air conditioning. The wifi worked fine. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby, as well as public transport (tram, buses).
