Modern rooms, but few amenities can be updated like shower bateries, hairdryer. I would also remark size of wardrobe and place to put clothes for two, or to store suitcases. I was alone so that was not so big problem , but for 2 it would be. In bathroom needs some drawers

The most great value of this hotel is staff-well manered, pleasent, helpfull, great bartenders, recepcionists, waiters. Hotel is right accross the beach, it has nice pool on ground floor and roof at skybar. The view from roof is beautifull, you can enjoy sunsets. Cosy rooms. Foof was tasty, they had theme dinners and cocktails. Durring seven nights 2 time DJ music.

At breakfast and dinner, some items were often missing. For example, by 9 AM there were no eggs left, and in the evening desserts would run out quickly too. Unfortunately, no one seemed to make sure these were replenished, which was a bit disappointing. The biggest issue for us was that the hotel allows guests to reserve sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. If you arrive after 8:30 AM, it is nearly impossible to find a free spot because people put their towels down early in the morning.

The hotel has a beautiful location right by the beach and is overall very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms, although a bit small, were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would also like to highlight the gentleman at reception, who was very kind and helpful, and Carlos in the restaurant, who was always smiling and was so kind.

We did not know that we could not eat beside the pool area. This needs to be clearly explained to residents. We didn’t intend to break the rules. Additionally, the package for Bali beds included drinks. I was traveling with my daughter We’re not big drinkers. I had intended booking a Bali bed as a treat but couldn’t justify the price as a non-drinker. A separate option for those who don’t want alcohol during the day would be great as not everyone does!! House keeping knocked on our door at 8:30 a.m. which to me is too early. We were on a deep sleep.

Absolutely nothing.

The Hotel was beautiful with different pools to catch the sun. The vibe about the hotel was so chilled and the staff were so professional and welcoming. The hotel lobby and the hallways had the most amazing smell! To top it off the food was amazing and very reasonable. Sitting on the quieter side of the resort it was perfect for all the lovely restaurants. Would definitely go back.

The only downside to this hotel imo was the bathroom…it wasn’t what I’d call a proper room, it was glass ( frosted ) walled without a lock on the door which faces the bed and doesn’t really give much privacy and I think could put people in awkward, uncomfortable & embarrassing situations

The first room smelled of tobacco, we got to change the room. Breakfast started a bit late at 7.30. No hair conditioner in the room but we got it in reception. Quite small rooms.

Spectacular views, wonderful buffet and very clean and elegant hotel with bali beds and sky bar. A luxury stay. Friendly and helpful staff!

Not sure if it was just our room but bathroom was not 4 stars. Smell was bad as doors remain shut all the time, they are heavy and difficult to open which doesn’t allow air to circulate. Hot water was taking ages to come. Room comes with kettle and tea options but no coffee

Location is amazing, close to Palma, airport and sea life. Beautiful hotel, offers a good breakfast, I think everyone could find something they like. Great path to walk by the beach and hotel, everything near by, including shops behind the hotel across the road

The accommodation was really good however the guest next to us or in front of our room was really too noisy. They can not even close their door slowly and not too loud. You can even hear the foot steps and their voices inside our room.
