We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Poland- Insufficiently clear menu/offer/meals of the day in the cafeteria. - Repairs in the rooms - The refrigerator stopped working after 2 days, the shower mount was torn, the lamp didn't work - generally, things that did not interfere with the normal use of the room. Despite immediate reporting at the reception, they were not repaired within 7 days of stay.
Overall rating: very good. Nice decor, very nice staff (most of them speak English), helpful with immediate questions. The rooms are ok, with very comfortable beds (towards the harder ones, which is great for tall and heavier people), with the necessary equipment. The food was ok, varied, but not overloaded. The variation between days is noticeable, but not too variable.

PolandThe hotel is great but there are 2 points that spoil and cheapen the experience: charging 2 euros per day for pool towels and the nice big large cabanas/chairs that have to be booked and paid for, so instead of being used they sit there with no purpose. The breakfast is not great, good selection but quality of ingredients is not great in comparison to other hotels in Spain.

United KingdomIt was a pleasure staying at this hotel, which is 15 minutes walking from the beach. PortAlicante is a nice hotel with excellent food and service (big thank you to Rachel, Christina and Domingo). Very tasty food in the form of a buffet, you can choose: Italian, Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and we enjoyed. definitely stay there again.

A well run hotel, quite luxurious in the new part of the building. The rooftop bar was wonderful although it was closed in the evening out of summer season. The staff were brilliant especially the ones in the restaurant at breakfast.

IrelandThe terrace pool was supposed to be heated but the water was freezing cold. I had booked a double room but instead got a disabled room, when this was brought up with reception staff, they just told me they were fully booked and to check back again next night…
It was very close to the beach and the long promenade. Buffet Breakfast was good with a lot of choice.

The main building is brand new, very well decorated, very nice feeling. Great swimming pool, chairs around and bar and restaurant spaces. It is all ample and airy. The personnel really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and minimalistic, very comfortable.

Amazing price, hotel is beautiful! Didn’t expect it to be so picturesque but it definitely exceeded my expectations for a cheap weekend getaway. Friendly staff, we upgraded our rooms and staff helped with ordering taxis and finding local activities. Hotel/bar food and drinks were reasonably priced and enjoyable.

United KingdomOnly that I got told off as I took one teabag to replace the ones in our room as the cleaner didn't replenish them. I had to put it back. I thought that was very unreasonable!!
The hotel is absolutely stunning. It's really modern, clean and comfortable. It has 2 pools and a children's splash pool with little slides. Kids can use the roof top pool too!! It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the promenade with restaurants, bars and cafes. There are other restaurants scattered around the hotel but not all open in April. The area is lovely, it's a very much a locals place which we liked. You can get a tram or bus into Alicante city which takes about 20mins. Breakfast was really nice too but you are not allowed to take anything out with you. Not even a teabag which I thought was a bit mean!!
