We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

DenmarkThe screen on our bathtub/shower intended to keep the water inside the shower area, had a big gap between the screen and the bathtub, which caused the entire bathroom to get wet. Furthermore I would have loved if there were gym facilities in the hotel.
The hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle that brings you directly to the airport. The room met our expectations and was comfortable. The breakfast has long opening hours and a decent selection.

Friendly welcome from the reception, really helpful with information about the city, the courtesy airport shuttle, breakfast and directions to our room. The room was clean and comfortable and what you would expect for a short stay at a hotel close to the airport. The 6AM breakfast timing was great for our early flight and we were told an express breakfast was also available at 5AM if you're in a rush. There was a buffet with a good amount of choice which we enjoyed. The airport taxi was efficient and reliable.

United KingdomAt breakfast the ground floor was very busy and there was one person topping up supplies and collecting dirty/used plates. There were stacks of dirty/used plates on tables that were not being taken away so as to free up tables. There were people waiting to be seated but couldn’t. Others were even cleaning tables so that they could sit down and have breakfast. Eventually someone on from the reception desk came to help.
