Location- too far out of the centre. Restaurant in the evening only had 50% on it available, nothing for vegans/ vegetarians

Sea facing room overlooking the pool and bar. Adequate, clean and had a small balcony. Kettle was a bonus, good job I had brought some tea! Good choice at breakfast but limited for Vegans/vegetarian's. Location was up a hill, no 46 bus put you off outside but nothing around at all unless you walked down to the port. There was no bus back from her!

It was too hot in the room with turned on air conditioner - it seems that it did not even work. Had to open the entrance door and jam it with a footwear so I can get some air draft via the balcony window.

Great view, very nice breakfast and very kind personnel. Thanks to Frank for being patient and considerate.

We chose this place because it said it had an airport shuttle. When we asked they said it was expensive,.so better to take a bus or taxi. Needs to be clearer, as I'm sure many people book for.same reason. Cups and kettle in room but no coffee/tea/spoons

Quick place to go after coming in off a late ferry. Clean and comfortable. Room good size, bed comfortable.

They didnt want to make sandwich (or something small) to eat when we check out earlier than breakfast time. We paid for it and told the stuff about it day before like 3 times. No one cares. They told us that its not their problem

Walking distance from port/beach, quiet surroundings, clean room, thanks god no carpet!! Breakfast is really nice, fruit smoothies machine is great, lots of different pastries and salty meals, perfect. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was not the best. Balcony only a very small triangular space. Bench at the end of the viewpoint very broken, and in dire need of replacement.

Being able to watch the boats go in and out was great. Bus stop nearby meant easy access to Palma.

The room we had was big and the beds were comfortable. It's Winter so the hotel switched off the air con, which was ok. Unfortunately there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but not much of a grumble really. The location is a bit far from the centre of Palma and either you take a taxi which will cost about €10 or you can take a 10 minute walk and catch the no.4 bus into town. With the location comes a lack of immediately local restaurants, but the Carrefour mall is a 15 minute walk and has a number of eateries and coffee shops. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We were extremely disappointed with the kitchen manager PACO, he was rude and obnoxious, even coughing while he cleared tables and set new napkins and tableware. And also rude to customers who were a bit distracted or had food allergies. We were in SHOCK.

We were very happy with our room, the view, the friendliness of the staff in general, the food, the cleanliness, and also the value for money. The kitchen staff Irina, Susana, the waiters, the cooks were super nice, and the staff at the reception also.

- View fron the 4th floor (see picture) - 2 minutes walk from porto pi commercial centre - 2 or 5 minutes walk from busstop (depends direction but centre bus was 5 munites walk) - the staff was on point

I didn’t like the shower, all the water poured onto the floor where there was no drainage, unpleasant hand soap. when I went to bed I felt an unpleasant smell of mold or dampness from the wardrobe that did not let me sleep. number 502

There was a young man at the reception who offered us an upgraded room instead of the standard one for free. A room with a beautiful sea view. the room is bright and spacious.
