Very good location, easy to reach from the train station and very close to city centre. Friendly and welcoming personal. Very comfortable bed and clean.

The staff was not very helpful and was not smiley. The rooms are upstairs and although they do not have any escalator, they do not have a person to help with your luggage. Rooms and beds are very small. Two standard tall and weight person will not fit in the bed as it is not only narrow but also short in length. Very uncomfortable beds. The breakfast was minimal and was not worthy for the money they charge. For the they gave half strawberry and a slice of kiwi as fruit for one person. One spoon of yoghurt with no cereal in it as it is called a 'starter cereal??'. Toast was a big toasted bread with just a thin slice of ham on it. Half glass of orange juice. You can hear everything from the other rooms and the corridors.

The 'City View' was little more than the side street that the hotel on and a sliver between buildings of the side of the old city. Pushed the description 'City View' beyond any worthy future of the room. Changed rooms to a 'Quiet Room' - again, pushing the boundaries on fair description; while there was no external street noise, the internal guests noises was excessive - could not only hear everyone (even on other floors) coming and going, but also conversations being had in their rooms. At midnight this isn't really appreciated.

    Staff were helpful.

Nothing to do with the hotel but Toledo is a daytime place and not many restaurants to choose from in the evening

The hotel was easy to find, centrally located but just off the main road so quiet. The ladies on the front desk could not have been kinder and more helpful. Room not big but clean and well furnished. Hotel close to start of tourist bus

I didn't find anything wrong with this great place!

I loved the location, the room and bathroom were spotless! We were lucky to find street parking in front of the hotel. We were greeted by two lovely ladies that welcomed us with a smile and informed us of the main things to do in Toledo! The breakfast was really good! I recommend this boutique hotel to anyone! We were just sorry we stayed only one night. Excellent value for the money!

The room (if it can be called that) was the size of a pantry with a tiny bed that can barely fit two people (your feet won't fit for sure). The bathroom, even though it's clean, is a bit outdated. The wi-fi barely works when it works.

The welcoming staff and lovely decoration.

Small family hotel, where you can feel absolutely happy and cozy... I wish I could stay longer. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and so nice and comfy room. Great location, walking distance to historical parts of the city, where I was constantly lost in fairytale narrow streets... Bus station few meters down the street. If you prefer friendly atmosphere to impersonal large hotels, that´s the right place for you.

This hotel is outside the city walls and more difficult to get to. The room and bathroom were clean, but small. For people staying over-night with plans to visit Toledo the next day, I would not recommend this hotel. Also, there were no restaurants or places to buy water near the hotel.

The staff was so nice! They were beyond helpful. They made our stay amazing but also sent us our gloves when we left them at the hotel. The location is perfect cause it is directly outside the wall of the city so it's a 5 min walk to the gate and the views are perfect!

Noise from the hallway and plumbing (running water) could be heard sporadically but didn't interfere with sleep.

Cozy hotel located in a very quiet area away from noisy streets. Easy walking distances to centre and major attractions. Comfortable and clean room with balcony and bonus chocolates on the bed (and convenient toiletries in bathroom). Staff were very friendly.

When we booked it, we noted, on the map that it was close to the old town. What I didn't take into account was that the old town is perched on a hill, and the hotel is near the bottom of the hill. Fortunately, there is an series of escalators nearby that goes to a point near the main town square. But it does take longer to get there than we had really wanted. Breakfast is rudimentary.

Nice enough, inexpensive choice. Neat and friendly. Nice patio outside our room, although weather did not permit our using it.

Very nice staff, eager to assist in every way. The facility was very clean, probably recently remodeled and done very well. The small terrace on the side of the room was a nice surprise. It's situated very near the bus terminal and close enough to walk to city center. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in town. Thanks!
