Towel hangers could have been provided in the washrooms.

A decent stay with good amenities and all the major attractions and beach are a couple of minutes of walking. The rooms are well maintained!

Air con was difficult to use. The swimming pool. It was small and not very private - it was next to a road and overlooked by apartment buildings. In the afternoon, the sun is behind the building so it was too cold to swim. There was a plastic bag and leaves floating in it. I am probably expecting too much to go swimming in October but it was 26 degrees so I had *hoped* for a swim! This is a really small complaint though - the hotel is otherwise fantastic, but it may be important to some people.

The only negative is at that time of year you lose the sun around the pool at around 4PM. That won't be an issue for most, and it won't be a problem more over the summer season. The walls are a little thin as they are in all hotels I have stayed in around San An, but I sleep with earplugs in and it isn't a party hotel so it was fine.

Great hotel! I had a friend stay there in May so I knew what the rooms were like, and decided to book it myself mainly because it was the best value available. Fridge, aircon, secure door, nice (but small) pool in an ideal location only 10 mins walk from everything (main supermarket, mambos, marina/bay, bus station). I will 100% stay there again next year.

Small family ran hostal. Very clean, had all the facilities I needed for a 3 night stay. Bed was comfy and changed daily. was surprised to find a balcony. Great! Even had a small pool which was welcomed. For my short stay it was perfect.

Walls a little thin, boys next-door very noisy, but that is not the hotel's fault and you kind of expect it when people are partying hard.

Staff excellent, friendly and very helpful. Location fantastic, everything within minutes walk. My single room had a balcony and had everything I needed. Aircon fab, free safe, tv, etc. Maids so nice and my room very clean.
