Breakfast only at 9am. A long wait for someone who gets up at 7am. Would be good to have at least a coffee option at say 8am. Staff seemed very busy and stressed and therefore it felt awkward asking for anything. A smile would go a long way to help guests feel more welcome so we did not feel awkward asking for anything. I think it’s just that they are so busy and not enough of them.

Amazing location on the beach. Rooms a decent size and the balcony was lovely. Restaurant as well so breakfast, lunch and dinner available if required. Ample parking. Lovely walk straight from hotel along cliffs. Ceiling fan and plug in fan compensated for no air con but only just.

The facilities are basic, no air-con, just a fridge, ceiling fan, toilet, sink and shower. But that was expected and made it exceptional value even in season. As others have said, there's a hotel complex opposite with family entertainment, live singers, DJs etc but it wasn't an issue, I take my iPod everywhere anyway.

The setting is terrific, nestled behind a canopy of old Alocs trees which grow like vines giving shade over the outdoor dining tables. The rooms have balconies which overlook the tops of the trees (flowering purple when we visited in June), and look towards the beach, sea and hotel complex opposite, also surrounded by trees. The hotel doubles as a restaurant/cafe, serving excellent freshly cooked meals with a lot of choice. The restaurant staff were excellent and the maid did a wonderful job cleaning each morning and making the beds. The location on the beach in this scenic bay is perfect. It's only a minute's walk to the water's edge and places to hire kayaks, paddle-boards and loungers. The ferry taxi to Ibiza Town also leaves from a tiny rocky harbour there. The little village of Es Figueral is lovely too, quiet, trees everywhere, two supermarkets, shops, a vegan restaurant and a pizza restaurant/bar - equally both superb.

Despite the remote location and potential for peace and quiet, there is a big hotel near that has very loud entertainment programme that when is on breaks the charm of the place

Be aware this is a family resort with a large all-inclusive beach resort opposite so noise of their evening entertainment is very prevalent throughout your stay. We listened to our own music on our balcony and were fine though.

The family were very obliging and relaxed - let us check-in early and allowed our friends to leave bags before their flight that evening. Nice little touches - eg book exchange shelf - a flavour of old style travelling... Great location right on the beach, decent size room with bathroom, fridge, safe and little terrace. Good shower. Great to have restaurant below with beautiful tree-covering and only steps away to the beach where there are plenty of sunbeds. Figueral is a lovely little bay with 2 great restaurants - vegan and pizzeria - a good car rental in Club Cala Blanca resort and convenient spar/supermarket type shops. A nice place to chill for a quiet few days, really quite romantic at night.

The hotel welcomed us on a Monday at 10:30pm because our flight was canceled at the last minute and there weren't many hotel options at that time that offered late check in. Guy at reception welcomed us very well and promptly. Waitress who was working on 29.08, short hair, extremely rude, impatient and arrogant. Rating 0 for her who works in hospitality and doesn't know how to treat customers like she should. Positive point: hotel facing the sea. Negative points: Hotel is 1 star but could at least provide hand wash, there are none in the bathrooms or body soap, shampoo, restaurant ok nothing exceptional, prices ok. We stayed at the hotel due to an emergency situation so it is out of future options. 40 minutes from the airport, taxi is expensive and will depend on the car to go around. Hotel looks like more a hostel. In resume 210€ for 2 nights not too bad so you have what you are paying for do not expect too much!

I was made to feel unwelcome, particularly by one member of staff serving in the restaurant in the evening, who refused me a coffee after my meal. The restaurant's fare is limited and during my visit, half of the meals were unavailable, plus most meals come with no accompaniment, meaning that one has to order a full salad (there is no option for a side salad) in addition to the main choice. On my first evening, not realising this, I ordered a tortilla (which was obviously shop-bought), which came with half a tomato cut into four wedges. The property's location means that there is little competition (one other restaurant and a pizzeria), so one is fairly dependent on eating here. The room could have been cleaner and the shower was temperamental - on my second night, the water alternated between scalding and freezing (although at other times, it was fine). I wasn't fortunate enough to get a balcony or sea view and the room was overlooked by a path onto the headland, meaning that curtains needed to be drawn at all times. Given that I booked this after reading reviews from other guests, I was extremely disappointed with my stay here.

If you are a beach lover, the location of this hotel is perfect, although there is little else which the area has to offer. My room had a small fridge (unplugged on arrival) and was passably clean. The breakfast (€6) was good, consisting of bread, cheese, meat and spreads with a drink (I chose coffee). The property offers free parking, although the on-site "car park" requires a drive up a steep, sandy hill then parking between trees - however, the beach car park (immediately outside the property) is also free and a shorter walk, so is a better option (and if that car park is full, there is free parking all along the approach road).

I really liked that it was located right at the beach and the scenery of the area is beautiful. The shops are all reachable by foot (just a few minutes of walking), the bus station is also around 3 mins away. The room was nice and clean, with mini fridge and a vault. I got my bedding changed, which is lovely taking in consideration I only stayed for a few days.
