The location was very central and the complimentary breakfast room was a bonus. The owner was a very nice lady.

Very good location, with good parking area and self service laundrette nearby. Communal kitchen faculties. Shower was very good. Lighting was excellent. Host very friendly.

The size of the room is small but this was not unexpected and no problem.

Room was clean, excellent service by the host. Mosquito nets on the windows were great, the location was also perfect! The use of the shared kitchen is also greatly appreciated

The bathroom was a little tight for space.

The situation was beautiful with views from the balcony. It was easy to park & close to amenities in the village. The room was lovely, very characterful. The shower was very powerful with plenty of hot water. We didn't use the facilities for cooking, although they were there for anyone who wanted to cook for themselves.

Excellent localization in the centre of Arenas. Well-equipped kitchen available for guests. Room comes with your own bathroom, which is small but really clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The host of the pension is friendly and helpful.

Great location near the centre of the village. Great view of the mountains etc Easy check in process! owner is really nice. plenty of good restaurants closeby etc. A perfect place to stay to explore the Picos De Europa Park!

The only fridge was in the outside kitchen. Rooms are a little tight.

The location is fantastic. Close to both bus stops, restaurants, and even a stream to soak your feet after a hike. Full kitchen facilities. My room had mountain views which was great. I enjoyed the outdoor eating area, and loved watching the moon pop out behind the mountains at night. Geli was a fantastic host who kept everything super clean and running well. We communicated mostly with google translate. Modern bathroom although a little small.

It's not a negative - but future bookers need to understand that the rooms are not large. They have the double bed and room to walk around either side - and that's about it. But this area is about being out in nature... so you were either out walking - or home having a lie down. The room size is irrelevant - but you wouldn't want multiple suitcases! Bathroom is very compact, a large person would find sitting on the toilet a challenge... but for us it was fine. Also - as to be expected given building type - stairs only... no lift.

Las Arenas is a great town to base yourselft for walking and hiking nearby trails. Host Gelli was friendly and patiently used her phone and Google translate to explain the accomodation and also hold conversations about where we were from etc. Great parking in the big grassed area right outside the front door - which is also where campervans set up for free. Over the weekend this area was busy (~ 40 vehicles) and yet it was super quiet. Sleeping with windows open all you could hear was the bubbling river which the pension overlooks. 2 minutes only to walk to the bus stop that takes to you Poncebos (and other hike starting points). 2 minutes the other way and you have bakeries, cafes, resturants etc. I appreciated the use of the open air (semi outdoor) kitchen and all it's utensils. Been travelling for 4 weeks in hostels etc and it was nice to be able to cook up a simple and cheap pasta dinner for a change.

Everything. It had a rustic charm to it. it was very comfortable, had all that I needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and kept the place spotless. I loved the view from my window.

Our stay at the Pension was great, parking with plenty of space right in front and the host is super nice! It was very convenient to have access to the outside kitchen. The kitchen equipment wasn't the cleanest, though this is not to be blamed on the host but unfortunately fellow travelers). Great location for access to the Picos de Europa with great hikes.

Small bedrooms and tiny bathrooms.

The rooms are small and especially the bathrooms(tiny). The location is ideal; close to many trails in the Picos de Europa. There is a quaint semi outdoor kitchen where you can fix your breakfast, if you want. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

The kitchen area was outside which made it very cold (November) but covered over. No hot water to wash dishes and most of the utensils were dirty.

Location was great for the Cares trail hike. The woman was friendly (we used Google translate!). Wifi was great also.
