We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was clean and comfortable and met my needs . I needed a place near to the University Hospital and my job where I could rest after visiting my mom at hospital, this hotel was perfect for that.

United KingdomThe matress was not so comfortable, the room did not have more blankets in case it was cold. I did not how to close the external window blind and the person in charge in the reception did not do anything for helping me, so I had to solve it alone. When I asked for a tea or coffee, she only told me about a vending machine, which dud not have cups to serveAll this lack of attention was uncomfortable because it was the night I arrived, and I died for a coffee!!. The hotel should provide maps of the city and information about the very extensive and complex transportation system of the city.
The room was excellent for my purposes, as I visited de city to attend a conference at a near university. So my bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a beauty private toiletand air conditioner.. Comfortable and cozy.

MaltaBut, they should focus more on cleaning the outside balconies or where are the air-conditions because there were a lot of dirt, trash and cigarette butts. And every time we open the air-condition in our room, the smell from the cigarettes were getting inside our room the smell was very bad and stinky.
The room is clean and they changed your towels, toiletries, bins ,etc. The Receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. The staff over all are friendly.
