There should be a curtain on the window as the light from outside does not help to get to sleep. It would be very useful to have a mirror in the room.

The location was very good as it was in the center. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There was possibility to make tea or coffee in the room.

The location is excellent, right in the city centre but quiet, and a short walk away from several metro stations. The room was large enough and it was cleaned well every day. The mattress was good and two pillows were provided: a thin, soft one and a thicker one, so you can choose which one you like best. All hotels should do this. In addition, there is a small desk, excellent wifi and airconditioning. Friendly staff. When I return to Madrid I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

If you want to see multiple museums with minumum walking then thisis the place for you. 6 minutes to Thyssen and Prado. The nearby streets are FULL of restaurants and bars. The hostal is immaculatly clean and the rooms are very quiet

If you are looking for a luxurious hotel, this is not the right option for you. As I mentioned, it is a functional accommodation for those who want to spend most of their time visiting Madrid and just need a clean and comfortable place to sleep. This is not the accommodation's fault, but the window opened onto a courtyard of some sort and every night around 4am, we were awoken by some women who were staying in another building and who made lots of noise. It would be wise to keep the windows closed!

This is a no frills accommodation but it is ideal if you only need a clean room to rest. We found the bed comfortable, particularly the pillows. The room and bathroom were quite small, but they were both clean. The accommodation was in a perfect location, just a stone throw away from the action. It felt secure and the 24 hour reception was ideal as we had a late night flight.

Walls are very thin, so noise from neighboring room was noticeable. Tip: wear earplugs and don't expect to sleep in late, especially if you have loud neighbors.

I booked the room for a transit overnight. Location is very central, walking distance to the Prado and about 10-15 mins from Atocha train station. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

It is just outside the busy area of town so it is quiet but yet it is in a great location to walk to everything. The hostel is very quiet as well we didn’t hear any other guests while we were there. There is nothing flashy about the place but it is a great stay for the price. Very clean and easy check in and check out even though we arrived late at night. Would definitely stay again.
