Didn't like my bed collapsing in the middle of the night, due to a nut missing from the frame but it was a funny story to tell at breakfast. And if it states breakfast is at 8am I expect everything to be ready and not wait for things to come out in dribs and drabs.

You have to realise you get what you pay for......... this is in need of room refurbishments. Filler everywhere, gaps in tiles to ceiling in shower, marks on walls (significant ones), air con so poor/weak Wifi rubbish.......did not even connect. In the reception download speed was 2mbps!!!!

The corridors needed tlc,paintwork looked jaded and skirting boards were loose. The wifi didn't seem to reach our room.

What a gem..location and the village were amazing and so unexpected.Just off the main road,easy parking..the lady on reception was lovely,efficient and smiley! Welcoming.We were in room 104 which was easy to find ,..the room was spacious and the bathroom looked like it had recently been rebuilt ..The beds were comfortable and the aircon was just right for me. The bar serves non alcohol beer,which was a plus.The restaurant was smart and getting ready for evening trade but looked inviting. There are lanes to walk the dog down through the village itself..and some stunning views of yhe mountains.The village itself was lovely,unspoilt and so clean- it looked likeit had been swept in every corner! The Church seemed to have an Eeyrie on its roof.....and the bell chimes were soporific. Altogether a lovely experience and we promised ourselves we would revisit on our return journey.

The food was not good for us, but that may just be what we picked to eat. The young lady on duty in the morning was surly and not very obliging.

the room was lovely, clean and spacious, they gave us a bed for the dog and a water bowl. the room was at the end of the corridor so no one walked past, which meant the dog didn't bark. The gentleman on check in was very good. Perfect for a stop driving down to Spain, very good value.

Breakfast given to us on a tray, no choice, Rooms need updating. Both bedside lights not working, Damage to wall where radiator thermostat fitted. Room on car park, not in hotel.

The WiFi didn't work with any of our 3 devices. When I inquired about restarting the router to possibly solve our problem, the later staff was not willing.

The room looked great although not quite what I had expected. Not really a problem but the water supply to the room was very poor. The washbasin had hardly any flow and the shower wasn't much better. We had arrived late evening after a long drive so only realised about bedtime so we made do and were going to report in the morning but I couldn't find any reception staff so had to leave anyway. Hopefully next guest had the time to sort this out...

Good location for a night stopover. Plenty of parking and quiet. Staff friendly.
