May be hard to park, if you don't want to spend 14€ for parking. Even though they state the rooms are sound proofed we could clearly hear people walking outside our room. Also, every flush could be heard.

We were on the 4th floor and the lift broke!

The room was very big and even had a large balcony with seating. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful and friendly

I did not like how the sink was in the bathroom, where the faucet was, so whenever I washed or used it, the water would go on the counter. Then they did not replace the toilet paper and basically gave me more than half-used toilet paper. It felt gross since I felt like it was not clean, and I did not know who had used it before me.

I liked that the things were neatly cleaned and that it looked good. Also, the spot is perfect for going to Plaza Mayor and getting to the bus station. In addition, I am in the center of where the shopping is.

Great location and nice hostel. Very clean . Slightly noisy from the nearby streets at weekends but you are in the main entertainment area. It did not bother me.

I did not like that I could hear everything and that the walls were so thin. I heard people's footsteps, their talking, and doors opening and closing. Also, when I left, my bedroom's handle on the outside did not close the door and it was really loose.

I liked that I had my own bedroom and a private bathroom with hot water. The bed was good, and they had extra thick and decent blankets. Also, I liked that they had a door sign for the handle to tell them if someone was sleeping or needed cleaning.

I can't complain about anything to be honest, it exceeded my expectations for the price and location.

The hostal was super central, right next to Plaza Mayor yet it was not noisy and easy to access. The staff were super helpful and even helped me to check in early since it was super cold and I could not explore with a heavy bag. There were extra pillows and duvets, clean towels and even complimentary sweets.

Although I used booking .com, I didn't receive booking confirmation from hostal until I was already on my journey to Plasencia.Was the low price a way of attraction a customer but with the possibility to exclude them if bookings were heavy as booking wasn't confirmed. That's a bid drawback.

Good facilities and location. and facility to leave luggage till 2pm. Excellent price. I left my phone charger in .y room but the reception desk gave it to me when I returned to collect my luggage at 2pm..

Everything was as expected. I made an error and didn't carefully check the description, and we thought we'd be in the room with the terrace on the 4th floor, but that wasn't what I booked so, no complaints. If you have a choice of rooms and the price is right for you, the room with the terrace is larger and nicer, next time I'll be sure to see if it's available.

We returned to this hotel for the good value and location. The staff sent us a whatsapp and called with instructions for entering the location as we were arriving after reception closed. The bathroom had an extra large sink area which was nice, and good lighting behind the bed/headboard.

Very handy for the Plaza España, short walk from free parking. Short drive into the Jerte Valley. Friendly reception - very clean. Priced very well for a Saturday evening. Also able to store baggage until check in. For a fantastic bar, check out Abadia - just off the Plaza near Gambrinus

Tight quarters to get a fully loaded bike into the hostal, and back out. But the place did have numerous bike parties staying there.

We had a good time, the only thing I suggest would be to specify that people should park their car outside of the city walls before they get there, not everyone knows about this rule. Hopefully we will not get fined for entering the walls for a few minutes.

The bedroom and bathroom were perfect, comfortable and clean. The whole place smelled good. The reception was closed when we arrived, but the staff was helpful and gave us instructions for self check-in.
