Inform on the website about the absence of elevators in the structure. I had very heavy and big luggages, the staff absolutely helped me without any problem, but if I had mobility issues it could have been a huge issue.

The shared bathrooms were right next to our room and were noisy when being used at all times of the night.

The lovely receptionist had already responded to our message and was happy for us to use the bathrooms as soon as we arrived into Ibiza city. When we arrived at 9am the room was ready and got us checked in straight away. We did the same once we’d checked out and had a later flight- they were so accommodating. There was always hot water when you needed it, which isn’t a given.

It can get very noisy during the night, you can hear other guests being loud in the common areas so if you’re on the first floor like I was, good luck trying to sleep early.

The staff is great and flexible, the location is amazing! The prices have good range.

The only thing is reception closing at 21.00, and also closes access to pot and tables to sit(no tables and chairs in rooms).

It wasn’t easy to meet other guests. Also, my room was by the bathrooms and people kept trying to enter my room as a bathroom, it happened multiple times that people were banging on my door and trying to force their way in.

Dirty wet towels in shower, bottles of soap left behind...even after the cleaning person. The cleaning person opened my door in the morning even when the 'do not disturb' sign was hanging at the door.

Excellent location in the center of Eivissa (Ibiza town). Fantastic terrace on too of the building. Nice staff. Bathroom was shared but there is a bathroom for each two or three bedrooms, so no issue there.

Beds are still uncomfortable though. A matress update would go a long way to making this an excellent rating all round.

The shared bathroom with the other room of 3 ppl .... so make sure to do it before them, if you do not want to melt.

The location is close to the city center. The single room is simple & the space is enough to sleep & go out all day. The ladies at the reception are super kind, they have waited for me until late bcoz of my flight. Info: (Taxi cost from the airport to the hotel is 20 € /after midnight).

It's very, very noisy. Since people are partying and getting drunk late, you probably won't get any sleep unless you bring earbuds; the walls are very thin and nothing is soundproofed. We got woken up one of the nights to a drunk man vomiting in the bathroom down the hallway at 5am. If you're not planning on sleeping much anyway though, this won't bother you!

Very well-kept rooms and right in the heart of ibiza! The staff were very friendly, and it was an ok price for what we got. Towels were refreshed a few times during our stay, and the room was cleaned every day. There's working air conditioning, and our room had an en suite which was a definite plus.

Hostel is very close to the marina and the castle. The staff is nice and helpful. The room and the common area is clean. Everything works as expected. Highly recommended

The only issue is that in order to lock the doors you need to slam them, and being Ibiza a city known for night life, it wasn't very easy to sleep having people slamming doors all night long.
