Pillows were very uncomfortable, too firm. Could have done with a variety of different softnesses. Hot water seemed to be limited, not enough to completely fill a bath and ran out if more than one person wanted a shower.

Location good near to plenty of bars and restaurants but a little out of the busy center. Beds comfy, apartment was clean and spacious considering how close to the center it was it was pretty quiet at night.

The hotel is simply amazing! Great atmosphere, style and decoration. It has personality! It’s location is excellent few minutes away from the Catedral and you can access everything by walking. The owner, Manuel, is very warm and friendly and shared excellent tips to make my visit more comfortable.

Nothing apart from a noisy bedroom door adoining ours. Kept us both awake through an annoying rattle most of the night.

Situation perfect for exploring Granada and for restaurants. Hotel was really nicely decorated and furnished. Owners very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Granada.

Nothing to complain about!

The location is absolutely perfect, in the middle of centro historico, beautifully ornamented (as if at a king's place/dwelling).. Perfectly clean, bed super comfortable. 5-minute walk access to city transport...all bars, cafes, restaurants are round the corner...to Alhambra some 30-minute walk or 5-minute walk to Alhambra bus shuttle. Perfect check-in, owner super pleasant and kind!

Highly recommend for a special and different experience! The decoration is magical, with every room having its charm and history. We enjoyed the medieval dinner very much, wearing the dresses and eating in thrones. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and attentive. The location couldn't be better.

My room was at the top of two flights of narrow stairs, so not the place for someone with heavy bags and/or mobility issues.

Great location in the old city and only a short walk from the airport bus stop outside the cathedral. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet at night.

Magical place, even better than the photographs. The owner designs and commissions statuary and furniture that are true works of art. Guest rooms are individual with all mod cons and spotless. Wonderful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely return!

There was nothing really to dislike

Manuel the owner checked me in and gave me a few good ideas of where to go, where to eat etc. He was very proud to show me the fabulous fixtures and fittings in this very quirky place. Everyone I met was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, warm and comfortable. Great position for exploring the city and surrounds. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to meet them They let us leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before the room was ready.

The bedroom was small though the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't very efficient; I suppose it has to do with the age of the building. There was no soap for the shower, I hope it was just an accident. The reception is in another building and is not always open as in a regular hotel. I couldn't leave my luggage after my stay to enjoy the city a little bit more before leaving because the reception closed early.

It is very well situated (less than 5 min on foot from the Cathedral) The main rooms were filled with statues and decorations worthy of a museum. I got the privilege of a private tour from the owner and it was a great pleasure. He gave me some recommendations and a map of the city.

The owner of the property was the nicest person i’ve met in my life!! Gave a map of the city Granada and showed where all the good restaurants and bars were. Definitely when i’m going back to Granada i’m going this hotel! 😁
