There were major problems with the WIFI, it cut out a few times. Also, not sure why, but my room did not have a bin, though there is one in front of the desk.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet. There is easy access to the metro and is a few minutes away from Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia. If you know Spanish, you won't have problem. I arrived after check-in hours, so I had to go to a location 2 minutes away to collect my key, but they send you an email with the address beforehand.

Well located in a good neighborhood, staff is very nice and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to stay there and enjoy the surroundings markets, restaurants and local scene.

There are rooms with balcony and from the back side of the building - it's better to clarify options before arrival.

Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is also very good, close to many of the tpuristic places in Barcelona.

Localization of the place is amazing. Also the facilities of the hostal, cleaning and information gave by the people that worked there were excelent. We just loved staying there and for sure we want to get back when in BCN.

Mattresses were cheap quality and a little uncomfortable. Mattresses and pillow upgrades would make this a very comfortable place to stay. This would be the main reason I would look elsewhere for next time.

the biggest problem is that the air conditioner does not work, especially since my stay was so long that I had to buy an electric fan, also the room is so narrow that it cannot accommodate more than one person.

There was not always hot water in the evening. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking.

Wi-Fi was awful, we could not organize simple Zoom-meeting, should cancel important meeting, for this room price it is unacceptable. Common facilities were poor, only tiny fridge in the kitchen, no possibility to store food and drinks.
