We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe property's location is its main highlight, being very close to the beach and numerous restaurants. I had the pleasure of spending a night there with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Additionally, the convenience of paid parking available right in front of the hotel added to the ease of our stay.

United KingdomNo hot water. Not something you'd expect from a hotel of this standard! After complaining, we were offered an adjoining room to shower in, which is not Ideal. The water was hot in there in the evening, but cold again in the morning. So having walked down the corridor in my pyjamas, I had to walk back not having showered.

Spain- The price/quality doesn't really match - The hotel is older one and the rooms aren't much special with older furniture It was fine for one-night stay and the view is worth is, but that's pretty much it.
- Hotel is located nicely right in front of the sea and, I guess, this is what you're paying the money for as in the morning you could observe the sunrise right from your bed - There's a paid (and expensive) parking right in front of the hotel, but you can find a place (off season) around for free - The size of the rooms is good

FranceThe soundproofing was terrible - the person in the room next to us had a bad cough and it sounded as though he was in the room with us. Likewise, when people were talking by the lift, you could clearly hear what they were saying. No tea or coffee in the room.
Fabulous location, overlooking the beach, with a fantastic sunset. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely walks along the promenade or on the coastal paths around the cliffs. Beautiful scenery. Friendly reception staff. Nice balcony which received the sun in the afternoon. Good continental breakfast.

United KingdomIt is a little disappointing that the bedrooms have no kettle or fridge in them. There are no hairdryer either but these are available from reception.
The location was perfect, straight across the road from the beach and car park and a few minutes walk into the centre and lanes where all the restaurants and shops are.

FranceThe room whilst clean was right next to the Hotels Laundry room, so was noisy during the day. Shower that I had to report to the management for having no hot water when I arrived (rectified) took so long to warm up before you can use it. Hard to estimate how much water is being wasted every day. The coffee served with breakfast was undrinkable tried both machines so can only put it down to a cheap brand of coffee. The restaurant whilst appearing very good proved to be a big disappointment. Service was good but the food was at best mediocre and very expensive despite the 10% discount that was applied by staying at the hotel. I had a far better meal for half the price only a 100 metres away. Finally and I know that many guests had the same problems. The lift was hardly functioning possible problems with the call buttons.
Good location but I have stayed at better places on the Roses seafront. The staff were pleasant enough

United KingdomWe only paid for a non sea view room and got a small dark room with no view as it was frosted glass. Opening the window gave us a view of pipes and concrete walls. After two nights we asked to change but were given an exorbitant price to do so (decimal point wrong?) so we stuck it out. No hot breakfast options was a disappointing start to the day.
Good location on the promenade but backing on to the old town, pedestrian alleys with several good value restaurants. We were off season (November) so many were shut for the winter but we still had a selection. Best feature of Rosas is its citadel, lovely area to walk, picnic and bird watch.

BelgiumThe bathroom was rather old fashioned and the shower head needed replacing. The air-conditioning wasn't working though, as it was November, I could open the window to cool the room. The staff at breakfast were so efficient my table was cleared when I went for a second cup of tea and toast, and someone else was about to sit in my place. On the second day I left a book on the table while I went for a second helping.
The reception was friendly and efficient. The location was perfect and the view over the sea lovely. The room was spacious and well laid out.
