Unfortunately, I left a large packet of smoked salmon and a very special (collapsible) food container in the fridge, when I came back for it an hour later, the cleaner had thrown away the container and taken the smoked salmon, she denied it! Very disappointed that I can't trust staff to take care of my belongings and keep hold of lost items! Also, our neighbours were very loud at 1am, maybe the walls were just too thin - take earplugs......good ones!!!

the receptionists were very polite, helpful and friendly.

Walk up 2 flights. Luckily only had the carryon type bag which was enough to lug up 2 flights.

Clean tiny room.I was sharing it with a friend which made it tinier. Good location and about the least expensive in Ceuta.

a kettle would be perfect. small room, but enough for us as we only stay for a stop over. 2nd floor with no lift, but not a problem as we only got hand luggage. sound proof not very good between rooms.

great location, very clean and warm. Lovely hot water in the bathroom with hair dryer and clean towels. friendly staff.

That I couldn't spend a little more time on the beach.

The location was excellent; the hotel is very clean. The only thing older customers should be aware of is the three or four flights up the stairs. No elevator. I'm 68 & NEED the exercise, but others may need to know this. --but remember, the location and room were excellent! Thank you, Burt Smiley PS Ceuta is no easy slog to get into by car, but we knew about this in advance: the border crossing is slow. Very slow. (Spain is trying to stem both illegal drugs & illegal immigration.) Be patient, very patient at the border. But my wife & 37-year-old daughter found it was worth it as a contrast on the sea to our land rovings in Morocco. (We had driven from Fez to Chefchaouen--a hoot in itself--and on to Fnideq where we ate terrific gambas seaside before heading for the border barriers. At any rate, Ceuta more reminded me of Monaco than a sleepy seaside fishing village that I thought it would be. (Melilla down the coast is a centuries-old Spanish enclave as well.) Didn't get to Al Hoceima, but Google it! --one last item: although Ceuta has excellent restaurants, for something lighter or just a Estrella Galicia beer, go to the Tapas Bar El Meson on Calle Cervantes. Locals, dressed nicely, enjoying the outside cafe conviviality: was fun & relaxing---and ask for Adriana. She is a terrific hostess who helped us with a minor problem!

The room was tiny. They did a great job making the best of the space available, but it's not a place you'd want to do anything besides sleep.

Super clean and nice view of square below.

The staff were extremely kind and accomidating, even in the middle of the night when I needed them for a medical emergency. The room was even better than last year, as constant improvements are taking place. We booked to stay a week, but would have been happy to have stayed a month. The best place to stay in Ceuta, in my opinion!

The trade off is that normal evenings the noise doesn't wind down outside until midnight and on weekends (especially Saturday night) until about 2 or 3am. But that's the price you pay for being in the centre of a lively town.

Excellent location! Right in the centre of town in the same neighbourhood with the 4 stars only even better in some ways.

Had to Walk up 3 flight of stairs as there were no lifts. We were given a tiny room with no windows and the bathroom had a foul smell which made us quite sick. The bed was uncomfortable and had hairs on the cover. We asked for a change of room and none were available till the next day. The second room was much better overall but it looked onto a square with restaurants and bars which made it very noisy until 3am. Overall not a nice experience 😔

Noise from the neighbouring room through the walls and the window.

The double room was small but nice with a little window to the staircase. Since we had no hot water in the room, we were moved to a triple room – much more spacious. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The city was very beautiful with all the Christmas decorations.
