Not all rooms are quiet, we had asked to change the rooms due to constructions outside and workers starting work on scaffolds at 8am, the room was very loud, we could hear every person walking by and talking outside in the hallway. However, after getting our room changed (the one with the garden view) there was absolutely no noise! We also found that room gets very steamy and has no air circulation (we didn’t use air con because it’s not hot yet, nor had our window open because of mosquitos). So very steamy room with no oxygen, quite difficult to explain. We paid 130 per night and it’s quite high price for Spain and its properties, but it’s still cheapest option if you want to stay inside of the city

Super clean and neat rooms, towels are very fresh, showers are nice to use, little fridge In the room, great location, also very close to the bus stop (easy to get to and from the airport), depending which room you get can be very quiet at night. Very easy way to self check in, convenient system, very responsive staff. Especial thank you for cleaning team, we had our rooms cleaned couple times and it was spotless!! They deserve extra credit!

Joaquin, the manager was very helpful and accommodating. He also allowed to check in early and suggested places to go and activities to do within the area. The staff was very responsive as well.

On first impression, it is quite industrial looking and I was a little concerned about what we had chosen but room was excellent.

Well located, easy walk to main areas of Palma. Staff were very friendly and everything was very clean.

A bit noisy corridor which the door didn't block all that sound. Bathroom had a weird floor leveling and I'd like a bin in the room.

Nice and clean, fantastic location, amazing staff kindness and helpfulness! Good walls and window blocked outside noise really well and overall we had a great time!

Check in could be sooner but it’s no problem

Location of the hotel is super close to the railway station and bus stop from airport so the location is very good, room is quite nice, good value for money, I’m really recommend this stay for short trips and for the young people who are looking for the cheap and comfortable place. The big plus is lockers and you can keep luggage before check in and 24h after check out.

Kiosk check is tempermental... kept asking for a pin that does not exist for my credit card...had to use apple cash to get checked in... would have been a major setback... kiosk process needs improvement to not leave guests stranded.

Location, cleanness, before/after suitcase storage, my room have our own small full private bathroom. Very quiet and clean throughout. Cafe and restaurants all around the Hostel.

Lockers do not really close.

It's only a five minutes walk from the bus/train station. And it's right at the begin of the beautiful old town. I had a room to the inner courtyard. No noise from the street. Good value for money.

Only two issues: 1) The matress. on some beds it was good. On my bed it was pretty deformed in the middle / soft spot there (seems it was memory foam, that still "remembers" some heavy previous visitor?). So I had a bit of discomfort in my back after sleeping on it. 2) There was a smell from the bathroom, but I found a way around it. At first, I was worried after reading other reviews, but we only noticed the smell in other rooms when the bathroom door was left open. Keeping the door closed prevented the smell from reaching the sleeping areas.

Great location, comfy rooms, lots of room to keep your things, and a private bathroom make this place perfect for short or long visits. You can check in on your own and even store your bags before or after your stay for free—wish all places on booking.com offered this! :) Would defeinitely stay again.

The flush in both rooms we stayed in during our visit was not as strong as we would have preferred. It required a couple of tries to effectively flush, which was a slight inconvenience.

The customer service was exceptional, with easy accessibility via Whatsapp and prompt assistance. The central location was convenient for exploring the city. The beds were comfortable, providing a no-frills but satisfying stay. Considering the level of service and comfort, the property offered great value for the price.

The hotel is veeeery close to the Central street in Palma. Not far from the center but far enough to not hear the noisy street. The staff was GREAT. Even that we didn't meet them in person the have a whatsapp and whenever i want to ask something the respond immediately. They help us a lot with recommendations. The shower was very spacious. Hot water ALL DAY LONG. I highly recommend. Thank you guys

The automatic check in worked really well, there is no reception but by WhatsApp which worked really well. The location is very good and close to everything you need.
