Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would have liked area to relax
Inside room no steps to bathroom shower etc and lift to floor. Felt safe with staff at reception.

Lighting in the room isn't the best. Aircon didn't work - batteries in remote likely flat, I didn't ask for this to be sorted as there wasn't a strong need for the aircon during my stay. Housekeeping were quite loud in the corridor from around 09:00AM every day.
Location. Ease of checking in / out. Full length mirror. Comfy beds. Extra blankets/duvets for warmth. Provided a kettle when asked. 24/7 staff so you can grab a bottle of water whatever the time! Each staff member I interacted with was helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing to do with the hotel but the lady that works in the shop directly opposite is also wonderful.

The air conditioning made a horrible noise during the night, even though it was turned off. I still cannot explain how it was making noise if it was off. The lift also took a very long time to arrive. Parking near the hotel was difficult, and I would strongly recommend taking the insurance. We parked the car, and someone had apparently jumped from car to car, leaving a huge dent in the hood.
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very well located in San Antonio, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.

The wall is so thin you can hear people talking.
Location close to shops, restaurants, bars,pubs and easy to go around by bus or taxi.

The brits who are yelling and screaming all night. I would've called police 3 times if i was working as staff there...
Absolutely beautiful hotel for the value. It is perfectly located in the center, close to everything you need to see and just 5 mins from the bus station. The beds are comfy, AC worked perfectly, and it is very clean as they are doing it daily. It has everything you need for a short stay vacation(5-7 days). The staff is friendly and the front desk is working 24/7. Definitely gonna visit again if we are on the island.

The walls seemed a tad thin. Voices tended to travel across the floor. The doors opening/closing (slamming) as people came/went were noisy.
Great value for money. The staff were very helpful. Location was superb.

The hotel was exceptional value for money. Clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in San Antonio. A taxi to O Beach was 6 euros, 35 euros from the airport. 24 hour reception, we arrived at 2am and it was no problem. Helpful, friendly hotel staff. Our flight was not until later on in the evening and they looked after our luggage for us and allowed us to sit in the hotel lounge area.

Noisy neighbours, hearing the smashing of doors throughout the night. Also noisy construction next door, starting work at 8:30 in the morning.

Behind ma window I had tunnel trought building without roof. I heard crazy noise all the time. Other guest are sometimes noisy in the early morning hours. Yes that's island Ibiza. Party people!
Close to center, in October was street at night quit. During days mainly stores in the Hotel street, no crowded bars, good location to bay and to main bar street, staff great. Receptionist gave me raincoat for free.
