Easy check in. Just send a whatsapp with a photo of your ID or passport to receive the code for the front door and the room. Enter the code on your door handle and youre in. Comfortable and clean room. Quite basic, but very good value for money. Nice quiet location, but also very close to the beach and town centre. 3 minute walk to Cala Gran. Plenty of street parking close by.

It will be beneficial to add a sign on the entrance door asking for people to not slam the front door. Every morning I could hear each single rooms' guests getting out of the accommodation, as the door slammed very strongly and I could not sleep further in the mornings (From more or less 8AM).

The position was perfect, as the accommodation was close to Cala Gran, all the supermarkets, shops, and restaurants of the area.

The hotel has a shared kitchen. We bought some fruits. We wanted to cut them but there were no cuttlery in the kitchen. We texted the host and they said it is not their responsibility to provide cuttlery if they are stolen by the guests. Do not expect anything from kitchen.

The location is great. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. No kitchen or fridge in the room.

AC would be great, especially in a place hot as Mallorca. Also curtins in the room would be appreciated as we get waked up by the sun light.

Check in very smoothly, the room has all the necessary you need for holiday. Location is very good close to few supermarket and about 15 mins walking to the beach.

No AC, just a ventilator. And no insect protection net at the windows. Room gets hot in Summer. Sadly no fridge. Construction work until late at night, but dont complain, because we went to bad late and respect the hard work.

You get what you pay for :). Landlord is extremely helpful and hospitable. Arrived almost Midnight and landlord responded instantly with the door codes etc. Little Balcony was nice. Particularly in our room the sun was coming in at morning. Nicely painted window shutters are installed.

there was no parking there and it was not safe in front of the hotel, someone had tried to open our car with something sharp and damaged our car !!

We lost power late at night and the heaters were not working anymore along with the charging ports. So it was very cold throughout the night although the beds were comfortable. We did not receive power for the remaining duration of our stay. In the morning, the hot shower was only working in 1 of the 2 rooms, so the 4 of us had to shower only using the 1 hot shower. As no personal were physically available at the location, it was difficult to resolve these issues.

The location was close to the beach. The rooms were clean. We visitied in the month of Decemeber and it was very cold outside, we expected heaters in the rooms but the heater was only available in 1 out of the 2 rooms. After a quick chat with the owner, a heater for the second room was also provided.

The kitchen was a little dirty on a few occasions but then resolved soon after, normal housekeeping could be a bit more regular and kitchen maybe a little more stocked with helpful wares. That said it wasn’t too much trouble and the total feeling still very much a wonderful place and I have recommended to friends and will continue.

Close convenient clean. Rapid clear réponse every time. I slept so well here! Cozy warm comfortable with excellent kind staff and ease of booking entrance and usage. Private patio and big kitchen patio very nice. N’espresso coffee maker :) !! A good relaxing place to restore and refresh!

The hotel was very dirty, the room smelt of damp and mould. On the bed was dark hairs and stains on the sheets as if they had not been changed. The bathroom was horrific. The toilet was disgusting and full. Due to this we didn’t stay in the room and left without getting any money back

The room was tiny, the bathroom was tiny, struggled for space to shower and dry, and the cold water tap went off on our last day. Couldn't find any staff to request fresh towels and toilet paper. Had to contact the number on booking to be told it was every third day. Patio doors didn't lock. Wooden shutters locked with a tiny snib so didn't feel secure. The fan was useless, better than nothing but was stifling in the room the whole time. The only positive thing is that it was modern and clean. Dont like giving a bad review like this as we've always used booking.com and never been dissatisfied however, would not recommend this place as it felt like student accommodation.

The WiFi was bad, very bad, it didn’t work never during our Hollidays!! We reported the issue with the contact person but nobody fixed, the internet was good in my macbook but in the mobile devices never had an option to find the network. The connection was like 0,10 of 100%. Point 2: The customer service is not good because nobody work on the reception, you have to contact them by whatssap and wait until they response you message, it can take a while. To do the check in you have to do a lot, and you have to provide pictures of your id card without any protection, you send your pictures by whatssap to somebody you don’t know and nobody sent you a data protection form or any statement about!! Very strange because the policies about data privacy is very strict in the UE.!!

The location is not the best as another places but still fine, can reach the cala Gran on 15 minutes or something like that!!

Construction work in and by the hotel even after night time 10 pm. Host didn't reply to our message and there is no other staff. WiFi in room was super weak or not working at all.

The location was central. Close to beach and close to shopping with restaurant. Apartment was simple and clean.
