There is no elevator in the hostal but the staff is very nice. He helped me to carry the luggage upstairs.

Central location. Very near the scenic bridge, Roman Bridge and the Tourist Information Centre (which closes at 15:00 on a Sunday just like almost everything else). Very close to the biggest shopping street (Carrera Espinel) where all the chain clothing store and restaurants are located. You can walk from the hostal to the train station along this shopping street (It takes less than 15 minutes). A very nice tapa shop (Taperia La Flamenka) which closes quite late is located close to the hostal. The room and toilet is quite spacious. The staff was quite nice though they did not work after 22:00.

The bedding and towels were not so clean. I don’t know why we were charged 120 euro/night (Thursday) and the normal price for other days is 60-90 euro/night.

No fridge which would have been handy. My last night, the restaurants down the laneway spent around two hours shifting and sliding tables and chairs etc along the cobblestone lane and yelling out to each other. Way past midnight it continued and as my room was right at the front, I got little to no sleep at all. Not the fault of the hotel but this issue should be addressed with the restaurants.

The hostal was exceptionally clean and the position couldn't be better. Small balcony overlooking the laneway with restaurants right along.. Bathroom was good and lovely white towels. Cannot really fault the room.

only one plug on one side of bed used for lamp, one more wouod be appreciated for charging phones etc....bed with matress protection is doing sweting a bit. door is noisy at opening and closing.

While the place had free wi-fi, it did not really work well in our room. Our room was in the far corner of the building up a few flights of stairs. Oftentime, we had to go down the hall and sit on the stairs to have wi-fi service.

Check in was easy and they allowed us to store our bags there since we had arrived early in the day.

No electricity without a key so you couldn't charge things when you went out. Not a problem for us though!

The location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants etc nearby and very close to the bridge. Easy check in and a key box to check out (super useful as we left really early to get the train). The train and bus station are walking distance. Provided shampoo etc. Felt very safe and secure. Air con was great too!

The location is very central on a street with supermarket and restaurants and super close to some viewpoints. Though the street is busy the hostel is quiet. There is air conditioning in the room and the private bathroom is a plus.

nothing really. the restaurant in the hotel didn't seem to be open, maybe due to lack of dinners.

the good - great location, literally a few steps away from the puente nuevo with many restaurants on the same street. - accommodate a couple with a kid at a fair price. not like some other hotels where you have to pay a much higher price for a triple room or a high fee for the 3rd person/kid in a double room. - parking available nearby for a fee
