The WiFi connection was quite poor, there is no signal in my room which is very disappointed.

It’s very close to the city Centre and some attractions. It’s about 20 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel but the bus no 32 it’s just the hostel. The staff are very nice and helpful make you feel very warm welcomed.

The parking is not fully included in the price should be specified (parking at the end of the road, 20% voucher for the final parking bill) The ladies who are cleaning the room start at 9am and it's really noisy, without any care for the sleep of the other rooms.

The location of the hostel was nice, like 10 minutes to the cathedral, nice restaurants/bars around.

The early Sat am rise to depart....but concierge gently knocked on my door to advise taxi awaits me....I was sad to leave...or perhaps just too much sangria in the bullfight ring.

Superb welcome! Gorgeous room. Smiley reception. Comfy bed! Super comfy! I adored the room, it kept me from sightseeing! Location....top of the morning. Just step outside, in slap-bang in the hustle without being disturbed! Great restaurants and trendy bars just outside. I adore this little gem of a hideaway within minutes from the old city. Will stay again. Mucho grazias.

Breakfast basic. Told rooms had balcony view to church or 'inner courtyards' - could not be described as courtyard - ugly, dilapidated and dirty central airway. So unless you get balcony room at front, the rooms inside have little access to natural light and depressing aspect.

Location and helpful, friendly staff. Clean bedding and change of towels. Recently painted,so fresh and clean room.

The bathroom was very small.Shower was disgusting, leaked all over the floor and into the bedroom. Whilst we stayed the decorators were doing up some of the rooms and were scraping step ladders and furniture across the floor until 9pm. Guests also had to bang doors shut as they were hard to close. We unfortunately had flu whilst were there and just did not get much peace and quiet.

Bed was comfy and linen/towels clean. At check in staff were friendly and gave us a map and took time to explain the sights and things in the local area. Use of breakfast room including kettle and microwave was good.Comfy sofa. Location was very central and convenient.

The room spoiled everything! The photo on booking.com was not even close to the actual room we got. Small with no window (actually there was a window but it was shaded (and curtained) and as far as I could see it faced an internal well that was covered by a roof, so no fresh air in the room). There was also a horrible smell of cleaning agents that stayed with us for two days. I'm sure there are much nicer rooms in the property judging by how many families stayed there. So maybe try booking family rooms but definitely not twin! But honestly, I would say try somewhere else.

    - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff! - Breakfast was good - hostel standard

Thid place was in serious need of cleaning and repairs. I was given room 104, which had water damage and mold in the corners, and filthy floors. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the rest of the room was awful. Shower water leaked through the wall onto the floor underneath the bed. This had clearly been happening for some time, but the staff seemed surprised when I told them.

Everything was old and in desperate need of refurbishment. The wood of the bathroom door was rotten and the floor was in bad shape throughout the room. The paint was blistering off the walls and there were damp spots. Moreover the bathroom was really small and the ceiling was moldy. We also had to catch 3 baby cockroaches during our stay.

Each member of the staff we met was sooo friendly. They really took the time to explain things and make us feel welcome. Moreover the location of the hostal is perfect. You can walk to all the important places in town. The beds were a little short, but comfortable.

Room was not extra-spacious, but it was ok for the three of us, travelling with only hand luggage. I would recommend change of shower-curtain rack (in the room with white door, at the end of corridor on the first floor - right side if you climb by stairs). The existing one borders too small area (cca 50x50 cm, i.e. much smaller than shower basin) and if you keep curtain closed during the shower, you have to "fight" with it all the time. My simple solution was to take a shower with open curtain. :-)

Rarely amazing reception staff - unbelievably kind, polite, helpful and professional, 24h! Bravo for all guys at the reception! Good location for exploring the city on foot. Stable Wi-Fi. Decent breakfast in clean and interesting breakfast room - great for the nice beginning of the day, particularly in combination with pleasant staff and room view of Santa Catalina church which was 3-4 m away from our balcony door! This is low-budget hostal and one shouldn't expect the luxury. However, it has everything you really need for few-day tourist stay and it is excellent value for money (we paid bad&breakfast cca 15EUR per person). It would be my pleasure to stay again in Hostal Santa Catalina, as well as to recommend it to others.

If the room would be renovated and a little bit better furnished it would be an absolutely amazing and excellent place to stay. It's the only thing that the hotel misses yet.

The hotel is placed about 10-15 Min walk from the main tourist attractions and nearby are many shops and restaurants. The area is relatively quiet. The personal was wonderful, really friendly, everyone smiling and trying to help with everything. The hotel's owner should be proud and happy to have such a staff. It was clean and warm. The breakfast was also good enough. The first day the wifi internet connection was feeble, but the last days it was much better and I could make video-calls with skype and also watched youtube without significant troubles.

They should pay a little more care to the cleanliness: we found some hair in the shower, from the previous occupier probably and outside on the terrace, in front of the door, it was a dirty towel, who was not removed during our 3 days stay, even though the room was cleaned every day. There was nothing in the bathroom to hang your towel or clothes, not even a small hook. I was tempted to buy one and to stick it on the bathroom door. :)) No view at all, but this wasn't a big problem, since anyhow we were out the whole day.

Very basic room, but to what I have paid for a room in old town of Seville, I would not expect more. I was more than pleased with the location. Everything was to walking distance from the hotel: the railway station, Plaza de Encarnation, the cathedral and all you need to see in Seville. The staff was lovely and helpful, their attitude was an absolute delight, even if they hardly speak english (lucky me I speak some spanish). One of the guys from the reception was explaining us what to visit and when are the best days and hours, what events are in town, what neighbourhood are good for food/drinks/fun. You can rent a bike from the reception.

Don`t believe the description of the room! There isn`t a refrigerator in it! One can only ask the staff, and only they take one´s products to the fridge. (There is only one in the whole hotel, that was maybe the reason why the staff refused at the first time to cool down our fruits) The room was too small for three persons (It was a twin room with an extra bed for witch there wasn`t enough space). The bathroom is very small too. OK for one or maximum two nights!

Good location! (Just after the exit the pedestrian area begins!) The climate control worked smoothly (after 40 degrees in august in the city it is like a gift!) The WiFi worked properly. The man at the reception desk talked to us just after the Check-In what we could do and showed this on a map!
