Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaClean hostel, good bedding, great amount of storage, well ventilated and excellent location in the centre of Seville. Very safe as well. Excellent staff as well. Fridge to store food if needed and kitchen with all things provided. There's one bathroom to share on the floor but it wasn't an issue for me per se. The cleaners would also clean regularly and it was never occupied when I needed it.

CroatiaHonestly if I could give a higher score I would! Location is just PERFECT, room and bathroom spacious, clean, staff helpful and kind, enough room for your stuff, spacious locker, multiple sockets to charge gadets, towel included in the price. Common room spacious and comfortable, kitchen amazing. Just a perfect stay and I cant wait to come again.

IrelandN/A everything was great!
The hostel was fantastic and the staff are a credit to the place. The common areas, such as the bathroom and the kitchen, were always clean and easy to use. The couches were a comfy getaway from the room. The pizza oven was great in the kitchen, and there was ample storage space in both the fridge and freezer. The beds were extremely comfy, and the curtain was great to get the added extra of privacy. The general vibe of the hostel was brilliant and changed from fun and talkative to chill depending on the area you were in. The terraces were amazing, just to hang out in or to eat your dinner. The location is very central to Seville, and you are so close to the Real Alcazar and the cathedral. It is great value for money ,and if I were to come back, I will definitely be staying here again!!

CanadaGreat hostel! Location is very close to the waterfront, bus station to and from the airport, and the palace. The rooms are very clean and seem modern. Beds are comfy with nice curtains. Lockers under bed are large and support larger lock sizes. My room had a balcony that had some space to sit outside. Our room had out own bathroom which was new and always clean. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

FranceI could not sleep well because the other people arrived in the room after midnight and left at 4 a.m., so I woke up several times during the night, but this could happen at any hostel. The problem is that the doors closing system is a bit noisy, same that the lockers and the beds.
The hostel facilities are modern, pretty and clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was perfect. Very well located, near the Alcazar and the Gold Tower.

PolandExtremely noisy on the weekend because there’s bar/club next to the building and all the windows are open to it. Sometimes even the earplugs were not helping One bathroom for room of 6-8 ppl is sometimes not enough. There are no bathrooms available outside the room. There could be shelves installed under the shower, so there would be place to put you cosmetics. Also the curtains should be disposable and changed daily as it’s not exactly hygienic otherwise. Similar situation with shelves next to the beds - there is no place to put small stuff or even phone while charging
Comfortable beds with curtains giving some sense of privacy Elevator Perfectly located Friendly and helpful staff Rooms cleaned daily Cool thing is the terrace with floor window, so you can see ppl sitting on the ground floor

UkraineI have been to many hostels in this best city in España, but this one is one of the best. Comfortable, quiet, close to the Cathedral, terrace, clean and what is nice - the staff are mostly just wonderful and I had the pleasure and fun of dealing with them... especially greetings to the Frenchwoman, who I hope will read this message somehow 🌻(I don't often write such reviews). Good luck and development, gracias!

SlovakiaThe shower was great but the door wasn’t fitted properly so it flooded the bathroom. It didn’t spoil our holiday.:o)
Friendly staff, great location and spotlessly clean everywhere. Good communal dining and kitchen area. We stayed in a double room (no.4) which didn’t have any windows but it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely stay here again.
