The monastery is in an amazing location. The room was exactly as seen in pictures. Good dinner at the hotel. Really enjoyed spending a night there.

The tours should be organized better. It was very disappointing not to be able to see the monastery since they didn’t offer an English tour at that time. Guests of the hotel should have priority and should be able to book a tour online the day before

The way they handle tickets to tour the monastery is poor. You can’t book online and they offered only one tour in English. There was no schedule. Very disappointing, probably not the responsibility of the hotel.

Needed a fan in the room. Couldn't open the beautiful windows because flies came in. Shower head needed to be fixed. It wouldn't sit in the wall mount correctly

Large rooms. Biggest bathroom of our trip. Sitting room was nice. Wish we could've used it but it had several flies. The restaurant was great and the beer selection in the cafeteria was excellent

Matrresses need to be replaced and charging the full 12 EUR for a 4 year old to eat one croissant with some cacao isn't fair.

That’s not property’s fault, but take into account that there are not many options around to eat, so you should plan this in advance otherwise by car within the next village you have some restaurants

This was a beautiful location to fall asleep and wake up in. The staff were really helpful, we enjoyed a trip to an amazing near by vineyard with a tour arranged by the hotel.

The receptionist also doubled as a waiter on the patio and was clearly only trained in the former. But this was a minor detail.

The spacious rooms, the silence and the restaurant. The breakfast was particularly great and very tasty. Everything and more that you find in a buffet, now served at your table with a smile. Great service, we enjoyed it.

The furniture is a bit old and outdated. I realize it is supposed to have a vintage appearance, but some things were just worn out and looked like they needed to be replaced. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. It looked like the main light was out and there were only two small lights above the mirror that provided awful shadows and made it difficult to put my make up on. Our refrigerator was not working so we could not keep drinks or leftovers cold. There is no air conditioning and we were on the top floor, which could get pretty warm and humid.

The monastery and scenery were beautiful! It was very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great.

The hotel is located in Yuso monastery. We visited right after the ticket office opened and had a super good private tour in the monastery in English.

they could provider travellers with more information about restaurant options in the vicinity and other activities. We found out on our second day too late about a site to visit within walking distance and a concert the night before. As this is a remote area with few things to visit they could have a listing of these because they are not necessarily on the web. Breakfast is ordinary for 12 euros, they serve at tables a set menu so there is a lot of food waste from items you may not want or do not eat. Common areas are much smaller than expected.

The bus is bad. There is no other way but to come by car. Due to Nahera's taxi situation, I couldn't secure a taxi and couldn't come to the hotel. It is necessary to operate the hotel buses of Nahera and Sanmijan.

The breakfast could have been better. Maybe nicer bread, some fruit and eggs would be good.

Location was great and nice view from bedroom balcony. Lovely to leave windows open during the night. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable and nice to have option of a bath.
