Both swimming pools are very small. They run out of Nutella for two days in a row, not ideal if you are serving churros or pancakes. Walls are a bit thin and my children and I could hear for two nights to our passionate neighbours

Room size was ok, balcony was nice addition to it. Very clean. Breakfast was very good on quality and variety. Attentive and helpful staff.

A kettle provided in the bedroom would have been great to have the odd cup of tea while indoors.

Room very comfortable and really clean. Staff, who were very friendly, cleaned the rooms every day and changed towels every day also. Food was nice, good variety, could not fault it. This is a good value for money hotel. All the people working at the hotel were friendly and courteous, especially the girl who cleaned our room, the dining room and bar staff. We were really close to the beautiful beach which was not too crowded when we were there in mid October.

Although the hotel was lovely the walls are very thin. We could hear the people talking. We had people in the next room who were loud and had their music thumping. We had to ask them to turn it down.

Internet connection is not going very well

Dinner is buffet style however it wasn't the warmest, not cold just not hot either.

Excellent location, just 2 minute walk from the beach and main strip. Bathrooms are lovely with big walk in showers. Pool area so clean and lovely, on the smaller side but wasn't an issue for us, we always got a sun lounger.

Only advice is there is a steep hill up to it from beach may not suit everyone

Love this hotel stay here every time we go to salou very central, it is good value for money very comfortable and clean and lovely staff cannot fault it

The bed was not really comfortable. It also had a plastic mattress protector on (no problem for that) but without the correct sheets above, every movement felt like you could have been in a body bag...

The location and the hotel was clean. It's a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. There is also a car park behind the property that's chargable but, easy to get to.

Mostly minor improvements: breakfast hours could be extended (or anticipated to 7am), on Sunday at 9am we went there to eat and had to wait in line a couple minutes because it was crowded. Also, the A/C in our room had this strange behavior of switching on and off every ~15mins, regardless of the temperature we set (although eventually it would reach the desired temperature).

The hotel is well located, at a 5min walk from the Llevant beach, and very close to the bus stops where buses from Barcelona arrive, as well as many restaurants, bars, stores and supermarkets. Reception was kind and check-in/out was straightforward. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony that had a lovely view to the beach. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, with good variety of dishes, and the other amenities (pool, gym, sauna) are worth a visit. Overall, it is a complete option for those who just want to relax and enjoy the holidays on a budget.

Air conditioning didn’t keep the room cool enough at night. It was set at 17 and couldn’t be lowered!

We had a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds and it was very spacious. Had 2 balconies, a fridge, plenty of wardrobe space and a great shower. Lovely view of the sea too. Location was perfect, close to all amenities 👍🏻 we went half board and had the option to choose lunch or dinner for the second meal after breakfast. Buffet was excellent, something for the whole family 👍🏻
