I thought the male receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but another one ( looked a bit Chinese) not so much so, as she really didn’t want to help with my request for bus timetables. Over all a good hotel.

The parking situation in Lloret. This is obviously not down to the hotel but would affect people with mobility problems.

Breakfast was excellent but the layout of the restaurant was a bit chaotic. Nothing that couldn't be sorted out easily.

There was no pressure in shower heads which made it irritating to use. I was informed breakfast is from 9.15 till 10.15 but I think that was incorrect hours and breakfast started much earlier. There was play area downstairs which was full of kids which were too loud but well that's not hotel fault.

Hotel itself was very close to beach. There are 2 pools there, one outside and one inside with warm water. Hairdryer inside room.

I travel a lot and for me this is a 2 star hotel. . monothematic food, after which we always felt bad. We had all inc options, alcohol was served with meals, which was impossible to drink. The drinks did not contain alcohol. We had the impression that the staff of people who are on all inc treats per leg. The hotel is full of teenage colonies/camps. It totally failed to meet our expectations. Thee service behaves like it's for punishment. The stupidest thing is that despite having wristbands, you have to show a paper card to let us into the restaurant.

parking is quite expensive and the parking garage is old and tiny. quality and selection of food being served decreased remarkably since a year ago, not sure what happened.

Price is low generally, all clean and ok. maybe 10 minutes to the beach.

The hotel put a group on ban from the spa however included more rooms which included black people. We didn’t get to use the spa for this reason. When we asked about the spa we were told they were fully booked and then later found out we were on a banned list, however we had never used the spa. I wouldn’t go there again for this reason.

Cleaner were very very very rude and they were not cleaning and on our 3rd day they took all towels out that we did not have any towels to use on the next day, when we asked for towels the cleaner answered in Spanish which we ddnt understand and she carried on with her job and did not give us towels.
