We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not very impressive hotel, whoever, the rooms have decent size and good AC system and quiet. Great staff and good food. Location is ideal for shopping. Car parking is located right behind the facility, you pay an average of 38 Euro per night.

United StatesThat check in is at 2:00 when most of the airplanes arrive from USA early morning and there was nothing available until 2:15 PM. Their che k out is not u til 12:00 and people take advantage of it. No ironing board, no ice in any floor of the hotel.

The location, central and close to everywhere. The ease of reaching the hotel. The staff who, without exception were welcoming and polite. The beds were good quality and very comfortable. Location is excellent. 50m from Plaza De Espana Metro. Breakfast excellent, with a great choice of hot & cold food. We tried the bar a few times, but nver managed to actually be there when it was open! No big deal though, as plenty of food options within 5 mins walk or less. Room was large and very clean. All staff were very friendly.

The location of the hotel is great in the center of Madrid, in a vibrant main street and close to many tourist places. The room was clean and cosy. The breakfast and the service were good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Great value to price hotel.

United StatesThis hotel is right next door to another partner Melia hotel and they connect from the inside. My 2 teenage daughters went down for breakfast in the morning and they went into the breakfast room for the other hotel which is in the same level as our hotel. They were turned away because they were not "on the list" for breakfast. They came back to the room embarrassed not wanting to go back down. When we went down to check out I explained this to the staff and requested a refund for our breakfast. They were very apologetic and processed the refund. They confirmed we were on the list. They realized my daughters went to the other breakfast hall instead of the one for our hotel. The person that turned them away did not ask them which one of the 2 hotels they were guests at and did not point them to the right direction. We missed out on breakfast because of this. Other than that our stay was great.
I love the location, the friendly staff, the cleanliness and decor. Really great experience.

RomaniaThe room is really old and needs a facelift . The big bed was actually made of 2 beds . 2 old and uncomfortable beds. A small suggestion it will be to change the 20 years old TV. You can find in the market cheap and functional smart TV .
