It's unfortunate but the bin area in front of the hotel rooms when some people are dumping rubbish or the bin men collecting the rubbish 😐 Also if I'm being picky the shower takes a little time to get hot 😏

This hotel ticked all my boxes for a short stay and I would also consider a long stay. The location of the hotel was perfect within the area of the locals and within short walking distance to the beach. There are local shops café bars and night life within a very short walking distance. Also close to the centre shopping street with some good commercial retail stores. The hotel exceeded my expectations with modern facilities and roof top terrace smoking area. It was spotless in the rooms and public areas. The staff were good and helpful giving information about directions to the old town and hot spots areas (I think a French guy). I would highly recommend and 100% stay here again 👍

The bed pillows were a bit too soft and too big for me.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, the bed was sumptuous with a firm mattress, and the location was convenient.

The room was quite clean, but it needs some improvement. Quite a bad smell when I first entered in the room.

Nice hotel to spend a few days in Las Palmas. The staff very kind, the reception lady messaged me on WhatsApp when my room was ready, allowing me to check in sooner. The breakfast was quite good except the coffee (I will pay a bit more every night just to have a good coffee in the morning...)

My opinion is that Mg Poniente hotel deserves 4 stars instead of 3. It is crystal clean and the people working there are very friendly. Amber at the reception desk is very kind and the chef's breakfast are always slurpy and super tasty.

I thought the bed could be nicer. I think the cleaner's should by default always clean the room not just request it. Unfortunately having public bins outside the window can't be helped, they collect the bins between 11pm and midnight. In general I would stay here again

Great customer care in general. Reception was very nice and open to book airport transfer before and after arrival. Also, took into account my need for a late check-out. Very nice selection of breakfast each day. Great location in the centre of Las Palmas, still 5 mins walk from the beach.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade, the room is clean, with new renovation, not bad breakfast, very polite and helpful staff, helped to call a cab to the airport.

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful with booking taxis and answering questions. The breakfast buffet was nice and good for the price of 8 euros. It's a perfectly good and well run hotel for a decent price. Slightly above what I expected. Not luxury but perfectly good. Would definitely stay again

I visited at the end of January and the was only a thin sheet on the bed. There was a duvet in the closet but I found it weird that it wasn’t already on the bed.
