The rooms weren’t that sound proof but probably better to stay here when it’s not the weekend. The room I was in had a sink in the bedroom, not the bathroom which was a bit odd.

The location was great with a good breakfast. The staff were helpful.

As some of other reviewers have said, the place could use a bit of TLC. Still good value for the price we paid though.

Perfect location. Had no trouble with noise despite being on the square in front of the Basilica. Room was a fine size for the price.

The decor was tiered and could do with a refurb. There was no safe in the room and no extras, not even water.

This small hotel is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. as it is perfectly placed on the centre edge of Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Pilar opposite the cathedral and next to the tourist information office. This plaza contains around 80% of the main points of tourist interest in Zaragoza, unless you want to shop and then Plaza de Espana and the surrounding shops are only a short walk away. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast excellent value. The rooms were small, adequate but basic.

Good position of the hotel, right in the center of the City. The room was small, but confortable and clean. We enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable bad, room cleaned every day.

Location was perfect for our party. A stay of only one night and 2 in our party had mobility issues, so we wanted to be close to the basilica. The breakfast was super and all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room shower did not drain that night we spent there so it was uncomfortable for me to take a shower since the water pooled at my feet. The staff however did give us another room key so that we could shower in. They solved the problem but it was just an unfortunate situation to deal with in the evening. Other than that it was all excellent.

We really enjoyed being in the center of the city right in the plaza de Pilar. We could see the Cathedral from our large balcony windows. The city was quiet the location was unbeatable and the price for the room was super affordable. The staff treated us nicely and let us check in very early because we arrived on the early train at 6am. It was a central location and I would say that it is a really good option to consider. The city of course was excellent and provided so many options for food, fun, museums and shopping. My favorite was the Goya museum since he is one of my favorite artist and this is the city he was born in.

We probably reserved the low cost room because our view was interior court without balcony and a bit of construction work.

The hotel is right in the city center, at morning we could hear the bells from the Basillica early in the morning :). The staff is really nice and polite

The lighting could have been better in the room

A fantastic view of El Pilar with its bell tower right outside our room. Fortunately the bell was turned off at night. Very convenient location for sight-seeing, bars, cafes & restaurants. Entertained by folk band for Fiesta de el pilar. Very nice breakfast & staff.

View from the room was spectacular, just as shown on the webpage. Great location within the old city, friendly and helpful staff. Parking close by and hotel provides a discount rate.

The bed could have been more confortable. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and there was no tea or coffee in the room. There was also very little storage space
