A bit dated. The in-house restaurant was ok but with a very limited menu.

Room freezing and couldn’t adjust with remote. I thought the morning guy could have been friendlier. Even though he responded and helped it felt like I was bothering him when I asked for things. The afternoon guy was beyond nice.

The exterior of the building is beautiful and it’s on the sea front. Great art in the lobby/bar. Lots of character & old world charm. The room are functional, comfortable and clean. The staff are very warm and friendly. If you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs.

Toilet flush didn’t work well. Hot water from the shower doesn’t work always. We couldnt figure out how the heater works, it was cold.

Close to the beach and shops, lovely staff, nearby the bus and train station. We were able to check in earlier and also stay for a half day more.

No holder for shower head in the shower which was disappointing. Tap very bad location on sink as half the water goes outside. Room was small but ok. No bin in room, only bathroom.

Location excellent. Parking not too far but more than 5 minutes away and decent price. Polite staff. Decent beds.

This a small hotel and therefore the rooms are not very big but having said that we had a balcony overlooking the promenade and beach just across the road. The castle, restaurants, shops and bars are all is just nearby. A really lovely location and perfect to experience the centre of Sitges. I loved sipping a wine late at night on the balcony just watching all those strolling with their dogs.

The room size is small, the external sound insulation is not good, and it is always difficult to find parking.

The location is excellent, the view is wonderful, the staff are very nice, and the cleanliness of the rooms is very excellent.

Double room very small . Not enough information about the hotel . If you have late departure time , there is no room for changing and for a shower. They asked for 100 Euros for a shower and space to change . We had to change in the bar toilet. That’s completely unacceptable.

The hotel rooms are pretty basic. From what we could see ours was probably the most spacious and has a big bath and double sink bathroom separate from what was the toilet and a shower but the shower is really small and the space very cramped. The bed was quite firm and the pillows not very plump. Booking.com showed the room as having a kettle but it didn't. Breakfasts are quite basic and not very varied.

Great location for the beach and centre of town. Staff are all really friendly and this is the strongest point of the hotel. We were lucky as got the penthouse room due to a fairly late cancellation from someone we think as it wasn't available when we looked the week before. The penthouse room has a very private and quite large balcony with chairs and loungers but the wall is high so when sitting down you can't see over it. There is a rectangular viewing hole in one part though - a bit odd.

fantastic location right on the beach and short walk to town centre/ bus and train station. staff were also so pleasant and helpful. they let us borrow umbrella and beach towels (small deposit needed).

if you want to sleep more in the morning, it's hard to do as they start clean the rooms quiet early, and they do it so loud, so you can hear everything. even you open the window it is still not much fresh air in the room

location is so good, right in front of the beach, so many restaurants and cafes just minutes away. even train station is around 10 minutes walk. the room is clean and bright, you have enough space for one person. good bathroomwith shampoo and shower gel.
