The rooms are getting a bit tired, the flooring showing age. The grouting around the bath needed attention.

Location for public transport, easy walking to older Valencian areas, all shopping wants covered. The beds were clean and very comfortable, the gym facilities excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Lack of iron may not be problematic, but the lack of a teacup or coffee machine was an unpleasant surprise.

Very tasty breakfast. The room was very clean and was cleaned today. Many amenities were included, such as a safe, wardrobe, air conditioning, fridge, and TV. Very nice and helpful personnel, especially at the reception.

Unfortunately I ordered a double bed but got to singles. It’s just not the same with a gap in the middle of the bed. Aircon leaking on floor. Floor boards lifting and damaged. A smell of stagnant water. Bathroom requires an extractor fan. Room a little sad and tired. Needs a face lift.

Price was reasonable. Overall appearance of hotel was exceptional. I didn’t use all facilities so couldn’t comment. Easy access via taxi. Front facing rooms with view over looking local area. Can see cruise ships and local farming fields. Loved that the window opened fully to take in the view and climate.

It is not easy to reach the beach walking as you have to go through fields and a bit isolated area but if you drive or have a bike it would be quite close (5-10 mins).

Hotel staff is very kind and professional, the hotel was very nice and clean. There is the Spa (to be booked and paid separately but well worth it and price is competitive) very clean and ideal for my stay - I would recommend. There is a bar onsite, that can be used for breakfast if not included in the reservation The hotel is just close by the metro station, line 3 is going straight to the airport

There is some noise from the street below, but overall was quiet. Didn’t use the facilities as the swimming pool is open to the public and guests can only use it at certain times, or otherwise they would have to pay

The rooms are modern and well equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is a metro station about 200 yards away and an Aldi at the end of the street

It was quite noisy at nights - sound isolation is not good. I could hear everyone passing by my room as if the door was open. The shower gel was not enough in my opinion(one bag per person per day). The bathroom is not very convenient to use - too small.

The location and view are not satisfying at all. SPA is not included, just pool which is inside the sport-complex. The pool itself and changing rooms require renovation, looks sad.

Amazing location and accommodation: it was near the metro station and about 10-15 minutes from the city center. The room was spacious and there was a lot of natural light. The personnel was super kind and we appreciated a lot the facilities: the gym and the swimming pool were superb!

As the hotel is outside of the city center, there is no much cafes /restaurants which opened lately. You can't event buy a bottle of a water if you returning into the hotel at the night
