Price a little bit high when compared to hotels facilites. Breakfast should be included in that price. Communication is a little bit hard due to staffs lack of English' but they were lovely :)

Windows wouldn't close and were broken. Rather noisy in the evenings. Bring your ear plugs, and I was on floor 3.

Helpful staff. Old and odd rooms. Elevator. There are plenty of tapas bars just outside.

Large room with great bathroom very old worldly but stunning. Close to everything and walking wasn't a problem to most attractions. Staff were helpful and cafe/restaurants close by.

Our room opened to a lightwell -not the street- and was very noisy with sounds from the lobby below-particularly early in the morning. There was no working AC and the window did not vent well as the lightwell was enclosed or covered at the top. The hotel offered only tea and decaf coffee in the room although coffee was available in the lobby when the restaurant was not open for breakfast.

The location is great, within walking distance of the Alhambra, the cathedral and more. Restaurants are plentiful nearby. The room we had was adequate but rather dark with older furnishings. There is an elevator to the upper floors.

The only problem was with very loud vehicles (construcion works) almost all night long and not very preserving windows.

If driving a car and need parking they offer a garage but the parking is extremely tight and 25 euros.

Love the rooms all styled in Spanish style. Custom made wood furniture with lovely stencils. Beautiful original windows with shutters. Great beds and bedding. Fantastic city center location and nice breakfast and reasonable.

The room was a bit dark, even though there was some lamps around the room. It didn't bother us too much as we would spend most of the time outside.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. We got a room that didn't overlook the square, therefore it was quiet. The staff was super friendly. The room was decorated with style, bathroom was a decent size. A very cozy room.

Little bit noisy in the evenings. Central heating system was being modernized, but kept us awake, since this the equipment could only be installed lat et the evening.

Inexpensive hotel, close to the Alhambra. Convenient for walking around, shopping and dininhg.

There is no working sockets next to the bed. Also it was too cold during the night. You can use AC warm mode, but looks like it's not working enough

It was good. Location is amazing, overlooking to Plaza Nueva was great! The room was clean and cozy. Also in room everything what I need for good rest. Even a conditioner for hair. :) I was good surprised. Staff were helpfull.

Value for money. Helpful staff. A member of staff guided us in to find the carpark over the phone. The instructions sent were excellent but we mistakenly drove past the two options to get to it.
