The floors are wood and can be a bit noisy

Staff were friendly, location was great only a short walk to the main tapas and bar area. Parking was in the street, which is a fairly quite road, you can park outside the hotel for up to 10 minutes while you check in and unload, then try for a parking space in the street or ask reception for a more secure parking location. The hotel theme is a bit out dated, but perfect if you like the 80's

Rooms were very chic, small but very well furnished and stylish. Unfortunately tbe retaurant was closed on the night we were the (Sunday) as the menu looked good. There is an excelent italian bistro over the road which was well worth the visit. Pizza is not normally my thing but I would definaly go again, best I have ever eaten.

No tonic for the G & T....so I was offered Fanta or Sprite?! Limited dinner menu (but not unusual for 'the menu of the day') but it would be nice to have had more choice. Lamb was very salty. However a good experience overall.

Good location and everything we needed. Great welcome from helpful,multi-lingual staff.

No kettles tea or coffee. Bedding old but clean. floors are polished floor boards making the beds slide and difficult to sit up without the BED moving noisily. A problem in all of the rooms with single beds as every movement of other guests can be heard.

An old fashioned hotel with full bathroom facilities (full sized bath) with copious amounts of hot water. Comfortable private rooms with lovely shampoo !

If you travel with pets they charge you an extra of 10€, money that they don't mention it on the web Booking.com and it's charged you when you are staying there, in the checkout.

The proximity for walking to the center is ok.

Room was very poor as a family room. One of the beds was placed next to the air conditioning unit which was ineffective and very noisy so impossible to sleep next to. The camp beds were very old and squeaked loudly with the slightest movement so no one slept well.

The room was smaller than on previous visits, though adequate for our short stay. Not really a criticism, just an observation.

The Hotel is centrally located for the Cathedral, Castle and other ancient buildings of interest. The route into the city has good visual signs for the Hotel and is clean and pleasant for a short stay.

Sunday Restaurant, but we appreciate that this is a catholic country and have a different culture to our own. We did manage to find an excellent restaurant close to the cathedral.

The Hotel can be found easily and the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. There was a large selection of cereals, hot and cold plates and pastries for breakfast. The Receptionist was very helpful providing a city map for us to find somewhere for a meal.

The only problem with my stay was the paper thin walls. Everything could be heard from the room next door, I luckily had ear phones, but would hate to think what I could have heard, very distasteful possibly. If you want a quiet night, or have a long journey the following day, which we had, it's not great.

I love the old charm of this hotel, and the rooms are huge and comfortable. The service from the staff was great, food was good too.
