Room could have been a bit bigger

Loved the Roof Top pool area and bar, plenty of sofas and sunbeams, however pool is small.

The lift was a bit dodgy, seemed to have a mind of its own.

Clean, roof terrace brilliant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was good and bed was very comfortable. Food was excellent with plenty of choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo! The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect for those who come to enjoy the sea, just a few steps from the beach. The reception service was outstanding – we always left our room keys at the front desk when going to the beach, and everything was smooth and convenient. A special thanks goes to Victor, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and also arranged a taxi for us. Highly recommended!

The large balcony rooms should have some sort of palms or something to give some privacy. Understandable that in that space you will be overlooked but a few palms to give you a sense of privacy would’ve been beneficial. I think if it’s a group it might be ok and they won’t care but for a single traveler there wasn’t much privacy at all. I was upgraded to a beach facing room which was 100% perfection. Everything felt private and very relaxing. Only thing id say about the service is that the rooftop bar were short staffed and took a while to help. At one point only one person was serving drinks and the other staff members were tidying up although there was a group of people helping. I think it was fine as they were very apologetic and worked as fast as they could BUT a little more attention at how many people are waiting would help :) Otherwise perfection.

It’s a new property so of course it’s all very nice and up to date. Every corner is classy and clean. Very nice. The reception staff are excellent. From the start they helped me in every request with a smile. When they couldnt help they were super apologetic and offered alternatives and when they could help they went out of their way to try their best. Amazing service. Also, the bar staff in the rooftop were amazing. Super friendly and with a smile. Plenty of space in the rooftop. Huge surprise here as usually rooftops are tiny but here there was plenty of loungers and sitting space if you just want to have something to eat. Pool was small but perfect for a quick plunge and cool down. Great views

The lifts took ages to arrive to get you where you needed to be and did not carry on in the same direction. The room was facing a wall outside the balcony so the room constantly dark.

What a wonderful stay. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The food was lovely, the location was excellent. The staff were polite. The special occasion menu was great.we would stay again, the prices for food and drink were surprisingly reasonable.

Pool very very small more like a splash pool. Balcony was at the back of the hotel and the smallest balcony I've ever had not big enough for a chair and table. Room nice but there was hair all over the floor

Hotel nice, spacious room with a very comfy bed and pillows. Good shower. Polite staff. Good selection at breakfast and good cappuccinos which is a bonus
