There was not enough information on nearby walking opportunities and the very basic sheets they printed out had not been checked or verified by staff as they could not advise us where to walk. They could make much better ones themselves by going around the area and making simple tail maps for visitors. It was quite a walk uphill back from town -a simple shuttle service might help with that

The spa was large, quiet and easy to use. We chose a cheaper room that was still really functional and clean. The breakfast was good and relaxed. The staff were helpful and available. The sunny terrace was a highlight. The food in the restaurant is great and the best in the village.

The hotel promised the perfect pillows but none of the 4 of us were able to get exactly the pillows we would have liked for one reason or another!!

Very pleasant environment surrounded by forest and away from the town. Comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Dinner was very well prepared and the food tasty. The spa was a lovely plus. Great pool, lovely steam and saunas and the massage was excellent after a very long day’s hiking. Thanks to all the staff.

The spa facilities were excellent, and everything was immaculate and fresh smelling. The bedroom was large, spacious and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well maintained. The breakfasts were fine with no complaints and dinners were ok.

You are paying for spa/pool even if you don't use that facility, so it makes it poor value for money for those of us that don't enjoy communal bathing. The beds are quite hard. The restaurant had the same excellent menu for lunch and dinner, but there was no snack option.

Large bedroom and bathroom with everything you need provided. Very alpine feeling hotel and superb location with a choice of walks from the door. Excellent restaurant with view of the garden. Very fast wifi.

The spa was great, but the two saunas not hot enough.

Very quiet location, good sound insulation, good breakfast. Located on a very nice hiking trail and a short walk from the village, which offers additional dining options. The hotel's own restaurant is also very good.

My wife and daughter complained that there was a missing hair conditioner, especially after visiting Siam Park. There was only shampoo mixed with rinse, which was not sufficient for ladies.

I stayed with my family for five nights, with dinner included. As there is no other restaurant close to the hotel, it was a good decision to book it with dinner. Having dinner in the same restaurant for five days was a bit boring, but the hotel restaurant offered a special dinner for New Year's Eve day. That was a very good experience. I selected this hotel as a good location for the stargazing. With only 30 30-minute drive, I could visit Teide National Park to enjoy wonderful stargazing. I could also see the beautiful sunrise from the garden in the hotel every morning.

This is an excellent mountain spa hotel with great staff who make it special. Great spa facilities in the hotel and walks nearby, highly recommend. Used as a launch into Tiede National Park.

Bathroom was slightly outdated, but everything worked well. A second socket at the bed for charging phone would be helpful. Bedrooms were quite warm (in november). But nothing to worry about!

Great location and gardens, super friendly staff. The spa on site is really relaxing as well as the good restaurant. Great that you can just start hikes from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfy. Really worthwhile to stay here, we enjoyed and relaxed!

The hotel is at a beautiful place on a hill half way up the El Teide. It has a in-house restaurant so there no need to worry about where to eat. To room was spacious and had a balcony, the most of the room are located at the direction of sunrise. The breakfast was good and had many options. The spa downstairs is not very big but enough to relax in one of the saunas or take swim in the pool.

There wasn’t anything not too like

It was in a great location, away from everything, stunning views, the property itself had a very calming feel about it, well decorated. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which isn’t usual for a Spanish hotel, also for those who wanted it, they also provided English tv channels. All the relaxation, sunbathing areas were set apart, so you could have privacy if wanted, set in their beautiful gardens.
