Difficult for people with mobility issues. Steps into hotel. Lift available but need help to use it. Too many steep steps into restaurant area for breakfast. Handrails help but still not suitable for anyone with walking problems. Layout of breakfast very inconvenient and needed a lot of walking around. Various ramps/steps just waiting to cause you a problem! Sad really because this is a nice small hotel but simply not ok for older visitors like us!

I didn't like the service staff at breakfast - very bad attitude towards people, they don't allow you to sit much. They are not kind at all. Especially the blonde older lady.

The hotel stay was good, breakfast and dinner were ok, but drinks during dinner were quite expensive 25 euros a bottle of cheapest wine. The view from the room was nice. It was cleaned every day, sheets and pillowcases were changed every few days. Close to the beach, shops, good transport links to Malaga city and the airport. I didn't like the fact that there was no good choice of food for vegetarian especially in the evenings and that there was only one grill where thay have made meat and vegetables for vegetarian, I have an allergic from pork meat at one of the evening I understand this about grill - one and the same for vegetables and steaks. The cleanest was ok. The caffe too, I liked it.

No bar /cafe in the hotel which was a shame But we were able to use facilities next door some of the restaurant staff in this hotel were lacking in helpfulness!!!

Couldn’t fault the staff in the main hotel however waiting staff at the bar area of the next door sister hotel MS Amagara certainly need training on being more customer attentive, you wait ages to order drinks, another long time to get someone’s attention to supply you with a bill which can take 20 to 30 mins and if you pay cash and require change that can take another age.. and that’s when they are not particularly busy. Don’t get me wrong they were polite and pleasant at all times just very slow and easily distracted.

Room was clean if a little date wardrobes not deep enough when clothes are on hangers so have to be hung diagonally to close the doors, would definitely book frontal sea view room as my room overlooked the side of the sister hotel 30 ft away, it did have a side sea view though. Breakfasts in the hotel itself and evening meals in the next door sister hotel which was very nice. Bed rather on the firm side.

The location is great, down the steps and straight on to the beach. Pool area over looks the beach too and there are plenty of sun loungers available for all.
