Food could have been served a bit hotter

The room was not fit to families with teenagers, because we got only sofa, which was very short for them. The kitchen was locked, and the hotel needs repair, new furnitures.

We asked for 2 rooms next to each other, I emailed in Advance advising that we are a large family and needed them next to each other, paid for 2 rooms but was only able to use one room as there was a room in the middle and we where not comfortable leaving our eldest in that room. We ended up moving the mattresses into one room so we could all be together but gutted we had to pay for 2 when there was no option to have an adjoining room.

The property was spacious and the rooms were clean. The shower pressure was really good and the staff were all friendly.

Everyday alot of the dishes or cutlery were not well washed/clean, for a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable.There was alot of food offers, but it was not very tasty.

Room was very very basic, sofa had broken slats that made you sink in when sitting down. Loose tiles on the floor which moved when walking on them. Had a very large sun terrace but no sun beds. The beds had blankets on them and not quilts. There was rust inside the fridge. The whole room was very dated!

Pool area was nice, had a relaxed seating area.

Not 1 door in my apartment shut. Either catching the floor or door frame. Had 4 different door keys as they kept programming them wrong so they would only work for the room or the parking door but not both

We upgraded our room for a bigger one with pool view, we paid right away for the upgrade but when we checked-out we had to pay more because the woman who charged us first didn't give us the right price.

Small pool under maintenance the whole time and we have a 2 year old who loves swimming! Noisy groups arriving in the early hours from nights out.

Late checkout was arranged & paid for, but the room keys stopped working at original checkout time. Direct flight path for the planes landing!

Room was fairly well located & spacious. We booked all inclusive- which was good value for the food. Drink choices were fine, especially as we only stayed one night before flying out.

Only one complaint was the room was only cleaned once in our three day stay which is not great for a high star hotel

Our flight was cancelled by Ryanair with no option to fly home for three days and no offer of help. I booked the hotel from the airport and when we arrived the staff upgraded us as my family member was not very well. The staff are really good and the room was lovely. The food at the hotel was fantastic.

The hotel itself is nice & clean although dated… the AI food was very disappointing. Breakfast was lively but lunch & dinner were not to the standard expected

Beautiful property and staff friendly and helpful.Rooms a little out dated but extremely clean and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in . Had fridge and coffee making facilities all we needed for our short stay.
