United KingdomFood standard has dropped a lot since our visit years ago. Not much variety, lacking protein options, fish 3 days in a row, no pork, chicken or beef. Didn’t like having to queue up separately as all inclusive guests, felt a bit like cattle queue, why we couldn’t just go to any part of the bar and tap our wry at bands I don’t know. It was a bit segregating.
Clean, and good location, plenty of lifts too.

United KingdomThe only thing I didn't like was the loud noise the pipes were making when taking a shower or using a toilet, loud and could hear from the next room. Also, air-conditioning gives hot air only ( not sure if in every room). And the last thing is the noise outside till like midnight. I'm not sure if this was in the hotel, maybe outside in one of the restaurants, but very loud music/karaoke. All neighbourhoods could hear it. Even with closed balcony doors.
I think the room is spacious, nice big wardrobe with hangers to fit all the clothes. There is a safe and small fridge. On the balcony you can find chairs and table to sit, relax and watch beautiful sunsets. In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The ladies clean the room every day. Restaurant is big and have enough sits and variety of food to choose from. The outside pool is big and clean. Chairs to sit or lay down. Every day/night there are some activities. All staff members are wonderful, polite, and helpful. It's close to the beach, shops and restaurants around. Only 30 minutes away from Girona airport by a car. I highly recommend this hotel :) :)

CanadaThe only thing is that AC was not working. We put it in cold mode at 10 degrees and it was heat that came out. No way to have cold air we had to sleep with the door open because it got really hot in the night.

IrelandIf I'm being picky, we had no bin in the room, only small bin in bathroom. Hair drier didnt work but was replaced immediately by housekeeping. Bring your own shampoo, the one in the shower was a shampoo/conditioner all in one 🙈
Great location. Beach only a 2 minute walk away, nice quiet area. About 15 minute walk to the centre which had a bigger selection of restaurants, bars & shops. Lovely hotel for the price. It was clean, nice comfortable bed & the staff were all very nice & helpful. Sunbeds have seen better days though.

BulgariaWe did not enjoy the room that much, because it is obvious that the renovation quality is bad. Also it was noisy at night and the floor wasn’t clean when we checked in in our room. There was a big queue for breakfast every morning and we forced ourselves to wake up early to catch up the breakfast before the majority of people.
The location is great, near the local beach (Fenals) and close to restaurants (around 5-10 mins walk).

United KingdomThe room was minimal. No fridge kettle or bin in the bedroom. As we did not choose any board or all inclusive a fridge would have been nice. No mirror near a shelf or dressing table so difficult for a lady to do hair or make up.
The property was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and good cleaning every day. The location was very good. 10 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to centre of llorett. Lots of restaurants and shops across the road.

Food was amazing and complex!! A lot of vegetables and fruits, which I appreciated the most! A location very closed to the beach and very clean, with nice personnel! Also, beds were very comfortable!
