The whole stay was fantastic. The hotel was off the main road and quite secluded but centrally located which was perfect for us. The staff were brilliant, always helpful and smiling, the food and drink was great and lots of loungers/beds for everyone to chill by the pool.

The staff were all exceptional, the facilities were great and the location was ideal. Having a number of different pools and plenty of beds was a massive bonus.

Lovely and quiet off the main strip but close enough to all the bars/clubs. Comfy loungers, lovely and clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful - Would highly recommend.

The bathroom was a bit small and squishy. It would have been nice to have some salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen. The couch was a bit stiff and uncomfortable.

The room was modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is great with lots of sunbeds and excellent service for towels, drinks and food.

We just would have liked more tea and coffee facilities in the room - but great coffee at the bar!

The staff were fantastic, so welcoming and fun. The pool area was great with brilliant service (shout out to Luigi, Ivan and team!!). Rooms were clean and well equipped for our group. Hotel is round the corner from great shops, bars, restaurants and a short walk or taxi from the beach and some major venues. Highly recommend for any groups/couples/singles looking for a chilled out but fun vibe in between other Ibiza plans!

Our only complaint would be the music in the courtyard/pool area, it starts too early, when there isn't really anyone down there, besides the handful of people who managed to get out of their beds to eat breakfast. Luckily the windows block out a lot of the sound, but it can still be heard. This is something I've never understood about Ibiza hotels. When people are going out to nightclubs all night, the hotel should be a sanctuary of calm, until the early evening maybe.

Did not disappoint, would stay here again. Very comfortable bed, slept like babies. Close to shops, bars, nightclubs. Receptionist, Ivan, was very friendly and helpful from the minute we checked in, top guy! Security good, card required to access communal areas of the hotel. The staff were also very attentive when serving drinks around the pool. The cleaning staff also did a great job cleaning our room every day. Aircon in the room worked well and wasn't too noisy.

It was gorgeous & the rooms were spacious and well laid out. There’s also a restaurant on site, a gym & a massage space. It was also in the centre of everything, minutes from the main strip & beach. The staff were amazing & couldn’t do enough for us & the massage was incredible

The pool was a bit small. One larger rather than 3 small would be better.

It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed & wasn’t too small. The bed was big & comfortable and the air con was good.

Bathroom layout was a bit snug for use.

One block from the beach and easy access to food/activities. The property has a lovely pool area and comfy hang out area in the room complete with basic kitchen items.

Being very picky indeed - a slightly more blackout curtain would have been great!

Fabulous stay, the apartments are so spacious & clean (we stayed in the junior suites) the poolside food was fabulous and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating (especially Ivan!) Thank you so much for a fab stay!

Area - Playa de Bossa beach is now quite uggly, smelly beach, no more Bora Bora, dirty water, lot of drug dealers arround. Strange reactions about open bills from the bar for the guests staying 7 days for second time. Terrible wi fi

Everything was 10/10

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the hotel was in a very good location. We arrived very early in the morning, way before the check-in time but we were completely taken care of. We were able to shower in the gym, chill at the sun-beds beside the pool and keep our luggage in the storage room. We were even offered a 20 minute massage while we waited for our room. I have never experienced such good treatment by a hotel before. I booked it because of the cleanliness of the rooms but the whole experience was amazing. Well done Sun Ibiza Apartments.
