United KingdomWe went during the last week of March and all the swimming pools/jacuzzis were freezing and not heated so we could not swim or let our child swim. The stage entertainment needs improving.
The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The staff were extremely attentive and kind! A lot of families were there during our stay and the lids clearly loved the space to run around. The food selection every day for all means were plenty and great variety. Delicious hot meals too! For an all inclusive, it was great value!

IrelandNoise in our room from stage at night time from the Entertainment area provided by hotel, the sound/volume level was way too high, which was totally unnecessary. as the seated area was pretty small around the outdoor stage. Hard to get a baby to sleep. The swimming pools were freezing cold, Including the kids pool, also falsely advertied as having 3 or 4 hot tubs, which is untrue, all jacuzzi type small pools were also unheated and freezing.
Restaurant had plenty selection and choice at all meal times, room was modern and comfy and clean.

IrelandThe pool area was really nice but the water wasn’t clean. Food was really repetitive and not a lot of selection. We only stayed four nights and had to eat out last evening as I couldn’t look at the hotel food any longer. We also went as a couple and had two single beds joint together - very annoying.

Denmarkthe building at first sight looks a bit old and, just behind the structure, close to the swimming pool where guests eat, drink and take the sun there's a sort of freeway with a bus stop.. Fortunately, the area is limited by wood-made panels and it's not easy to appreciate the close proximity of cars and vehicles.
the Hotel is very clean, the food is good, the staff is super efficient and the inside is pretty and renovated. All inclusive is really ALL inclusive.

United KingdomBeing allocated a room the was overlooking the entertainment, and felt like the performance was in my room. I asked to move rooms, and was told it’ll be finishing soon. Surprised to find a baby cot in the room and if I had a child- it definitely would not have slept, with doors and curtains closed Not till 2 days later I was moved room It’s looking tired, and the buffet food was not as good as the first visit 2 years ago.

EstoniaAs said, the hotel looks a little old from the outside. The corridors are also visibly old. The food was good but I maybe would have liked alittle bit mora selection. There could be oranges every day since they tasted amazingly, probably because they are local.
Rooms nice and celan, comfortable. Hotel looks a little dated from outside but inside is quite modern. Food was great for the price I would say. I liked also the animation team, specially the evening shows. it seemed that from the hotels around, this definetly was the best choice.

United KingdomUnfortunately I have to mention this as it did make a difference to our experience throughout the day. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing. I didn’t see any guest last more than 2 minutes in the water. Because of this we only went swimming in the sea which believe it or not, was warmer than the pool!
Great food, excellent entertainment staff. Hotel and Bar staff very helpful. Clean room, Towels changed everyday. Good view of the sea. Snacks available throughout the day which were great.
