We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our 2nd time to this hotel. We booked again because we enjoyed staying here so much on our last visit. We had an upgrade to a room with a sea view which was much appreciated,so lovely so look out to the beautiful beach in the calm of the early morning. This hotel is truly a relaxing place to spend some time.The staff,food,rooms and general ambiance of this hotel is top class. Nothing left to chance. We look forward to our 3rd visit!!

United KingdomThe cost of renting a Balinese bed or cabana around the pool was very expensive and therefore they were hardly used which made it more difficult to get a vacant sun bed.
Location was excellent. Adults only concept was ideal, very peaceful around the lovely heated pool area. The choice of food at breakfast was amazing.
