Late night socialising means that there will be street noise after 2am, however the hotel has good double glazing to minimise the noise, however energy efficiency across span may mean you cannot use the air conditioning to cool the room.

When I enter the hotel I thought it seems more like a 4 or 5* hotel, it looks fancy, clean and nice. However when I entered the room I could tell why it is 3*. Nothing was alarming but the details were a bit sloppy. The quality of the toiletries, toilet paper, half functioning flush etc.

The location was good. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Breakfast included was fresh fruit, fresh baked goods, warm options like eggs etc. Also the staff was nice, check-in and check-out were easy. We were able to check-in 30min earlier. Room was spacious for us (family of 3, standard room)

There was a football match in the stadium one night. It was loud and chaotic in the bar/reception area, with supporters watching the match in the hotel. The last time we stayed, the bar/cafeteria was open most of the day, and now it is just open in the evenings.

The rooms are spotless, and staff are helpful. We overlooked the rear of the hotel and the football stadium. Rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom. Walk in shower and toiletries provided. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it is convenient to the bus stop for the airport.

There is a disco club on the zero floor, so when there is a party time, loud music is heard till the morning. I stayed on the third floor, and loud music woke me up in the middle of the night.The stuff was great, and they let me stay on a higher floor so l could sleep well. But if all the rooms are occupied, it can be quite a bummer for those who stay on lower floors .

The toilet part of the bathroom could be better designed. Wider ideally. I am a big chap and it took manoeuvres. It probably means we won’t stay again, which is disappointing as everything else was magic.

The size of the suite was excellent. The hotel is in a great location for San Mames and some excellent bars and restaurants (Swansea, Ollagaro and Indusi).

hotel staff is not helpful. The most important factor in choosing this hotel was that it had a car park, but when we first wanted to enter the car park, they told us that the car park was full and they could not take us. Just then, another vehicle came out of the parking lot and when we entered, we saw that there were many empty parking spaces in the parking lot, so we parked in an empty place. When we went to the reception, they said that we had to take the car out of the parking lot, that those parking spaces were for people who were already staying at the hotel, and that the parking lot was empty because it was daytime, but it would be full in the evening. Then we said make a reservation for us, if we can't use it today, let's use it tomorrow, they said they don't take the reservation in advance. When we made our accommodation reservation, it was not stated that a separate reservation was required for parking. In the end, we did not take our car out of the parking lot and kept it there for two days, but the staff was very rude and unsympathetic about it. Additionally, there is a nightclub right below the hotel and noise can be heard all the way to the top floors. The nightclub noise ends around 5 in the morning. I don't know if this club is open every day, but especially if you are staying on the weekend and you are sensitive to noise, you may be disturbed by the sound.

The location of the hotel is around 10-15 minutes on foot from the center, it is a large and spacious hotel, away from the crowd and noise of the center.

The only downside was the noise, I was on floor two and yes, it’s a Saturday night but music was blaring all night till 5 am so it was difficult to sleep as I believe there’s a bar or club within the vicinity.

It is a very noisy location on match days or holidays, the partying at street level goes on till the early hours.

Location is very good for the stadium and walking distance to the museums, there are good cafes/restaurants within walking distance.

The room was a little unfinished in places, (around the windows in particular, where you could see the old paint colours) and lacked character or soft lighting. Felt almost hospital like in a way with bright white/harsh lighting. Not a romantic room or relaxing room (as I couldn't find any English speaking TV channels to have on whilst I unwound for the day and I also couldn't connect my phone to the TV) but a perfectly functional and clean space.

Spotlessly clean room which was generously sized and big comfortable bed. The hotel was peacefully quiet at night (although I acknowledge I was on a higher floor) which lead to a great nights sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for adventure.

- The electric socket was only next to one bed which is not comfortable at all - In the bathroom there is only one liquid soap for sink and shower so you have to move it permanently from one place to another - The heating was not working in November even if the announcement says it works since October

- Hotel is situated near public transport <bus, metro> and Lidl - At walking distance from the city center - Staff is very friendly and helpful - Hotel is barrier free what is very useful - Room was quiet enough and has plenty of storage space

Comunication at the reception desk, staff was not very friendly, sitting when talking to you. Little bit sound proofing could help during weekends.

Great value for someone who wants to relax comfortably after spending all day touring the city and be close to center and most of attractions.
