The hotel is clean and nice and the location is excellent. Parking (Ayuntamiento lot) was not that far of a walk, but the parking is not cheap. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were excellent.

Air conditioner didn’t work properly. After I ask a guy at reception, he fixed it. That’s all!

Location of hotel is just perfect! You can reach many places of attraction easily by walk. Also it is close to tram and bus stations. Around the hotel there are a lot of good restaurants and perfect tapas bar. Please visit el tubo street. My room has a fridge and I think it is very good. You can have cold beer before sleep :) Furnitures are a bit old but comfortable.

Great location in the center of Zaragoza, 5 min walk to the main Cathedral and 10-15 min from the El Tubo district. The hotel is a little dated, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and easy. For the price, this is a good place to stay for budget travelers in the city center. Would definitely stay here again if I revisit Zaragoza.

Windows and door could be more soundproof as we were in front of the lift and there were a lot of rubbish trucks going at night; but it wasn't a huge issue - I'm incredibly sensitive to sound and slept mostly fine. Room decor could be modernised, but it wasn't a big deal.

We only stayed here one night, but loved Zaragoza. The main plus point about the hotel was the value for money; most decent hotel facilities for a much lower price than anywhere else in Spain. Great location in the centre of the old town.

The shower was very good but there were no shelves inside the shower cubicle to put shampoo/shower gel, etc. We would also like to have had an extra shelf by the bathroom sink for toiletries etc, and some hooks or a rail for clothes/towels. Also, a small kettle and a couple of cups in the room would have been welcome! The view from the balcony was basically windows and rooftops, but you could just see one of the towers from the Plaza rising over the top! This really wasn't a problem, but if you are expecting to sit on your balcony to admire the view and people-watch, you'll be a little disappointed! Be aware that the walk to the bus stop for the airport bus is a good 25 minute walk away!

Comfy bed, very good shower, quiet room. The location was absolutely perfect, just a minute's stroll from the Plaza Del Pinar, but also close to shops and restaurants (treat yourself to churros y chocolate at the fantastic Churreria La Fama in the street behind!) . We even had a little balcony (although not the most exciting view)! Staff were very helpful, and they were very happy to store our luggage on the last day after vacating our room. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Simple breakfast, friendly helpful staff, and discounted parking in the underground car park under the Plaza. NO PARKING NO BRITTISH TV CHANNELS NOISY EARLY IN MORNING

The man at the desk was so helpful and friendly However we have to point out that the hotel DOES not have parking. You have to park in a multi storey car park which costs 20 Euro’s per day . It is also a hassle to drive to and then have to go get the car again to pack luggage in when leaving . One good point to its location is when car is parked you can come up in lift straight in to the main square which is nice .

My room overlooked a street and it being Friday, there was quite a bit of street noise well into the early hours of Saturday morning.

I realized upon arrival at the hotel that I had left my cell phone in the taxi. I told the desk clerk what had happened when we checked in. Without my asking, he contacted the three taxi companies that operate in Zaragoza and later that evening the taxi driver appeared in the lobby with my phone. Without his help I'm sure I would have seen the last of my phone.

The smell of the room when we're first open it, We think its like a smoke. The second one is the wifi connection.

The location is super near to the main plaza and basilica, and also to the shopping area (and the cafes). The staff super nice and he can speak "bahasa" (indonesian language).

Excellent location in old town, also 2 minutes away from supermarket and central market, 3 minutes away from public transportation (bus 34 connects to Delicias railway/bus station, great for one day trips). Exceptionally friendly staff! Comfortable clean room with great a.c. Great value for money.

Fabulous location- right around the corner from the basilica and El Tubo! Can't get better than that! If you're the type that doesn't care about a fancy-schmancy hotel room because you will spend very little time in it anyways, this is the place for you. Don't get me wrong; it was lovely; it was clean; the bathroom was fab. But it was not the Four Seasons. Who wants that when you have sooo much to see outside your window?! The staff spoke lovely English and they were friendly, kind and accommodating.

We had a triple room and we could not have 3 keys because in their system, when a new key is created the previous one is cancelled. That means that we needed to ask them to open the room for us.

Location is amazing, and the staff great. While we were leaving the luggage in the room they saw a place available where to park the car in the street for free opposite the hotel, and they called us to move the car there and saved the place for us.

No AC in the room even when it's listed in the amenities. Had to change rooms as the ones on street side get very noisy from 11pm to 4am. Can't open window due to noise and can't keep closed as it was hot, so basically couldn't sleep one night.

    Friendly and helpful staff.
