Parking was shared with adjacent apartment blocks and two steep ramps down with gate access controls that were not reachable from the car. Cafe/Bar menu offered drinks that they were not able to provide when requested and had been out of stock for a long time.

Room was good size decor dated but in keeping with the hotel theme all very clean and well kept. Good location for bus €1 or taxi €5 into centre although walkable in around 15 minutes up a long busy gradient for active people.

The bathromm cleanings. There was hair in the bathtub. The spa bath was not working. The shower head was leaking several points.

The hotel is far from the center of town, situated at a 30 minute walk along very busy 4-lanes. Also the rooms are not fully noise-proof, you hear the noise of the cars (vaguely). On the other hand, a taxi to town costs only €5.5 .

The hotel is very chique, old style grandeur. The rooms are huge and everything is of the best quality, made with beautiful materials marble, wood...and brand new. I felt a bit out of place, it was like going back in time, to Franco-period. The staff was very friendly. We had breakfast at the bar, it was nice and reasonably priced.

Parking was a little tricky. Steep slope down into basement parking. Not a lot of space to manoeuvre car. The room was very hot even with windows wide open. 20 mins walk from city centre.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Good sized bathroom.

Good breakfast, for a fee, 15 euros per person, in the restaurant and in the bar. The location of the hotel is good. The best part is that the hotel offers parking, for a fee.

A stylish hotel with a magnificent lobby/reception. We used on street parking adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient for loading/off loading our motorcycle. Our room was tastefully decorated, the bed large and comfortable, extremely clean, a handy fridge which is always very welcome with two small bottles of water included. The bathroom was quite large, had a corner bath and shower, the towels were of good quality. Our room had a view of the hotel pool. The room was carpeted. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, cooked options were offered from the kitchen as well as a generous buffet choices. About a mile walk into town {mostly uphill] but there are conveniently located bus stops close to the hotel.

The fact you have nothing on website regards paying deposit for swim towels , and can’t add to room if already booked and paid , which meant you needed to make another trip to room to get cash !!

The property was nice , old fashioned decor, clean , staff at coffee shop were great, boy in reception very nice , woman with blonde curly hair receptionist,however needs to put a smile on her face and go for customer service training!!

reasonable walk to train and bus stations and old town. lovely lobby. I had a room where one left the main building, walked along the pool and into another building - only a few rooms were in the other building - the only downside is the Wi-Fi did not work there - I went to the lobby to use Wi-Fi.

Breakfast was a little sparse but acceptable. Air-con/Air comes straight at you in bed, had to hide under the sheets.

Staff were very nice and professional. I got an upgrade which was a welcome surprise. Ceiling in main hall beautiful.

Medium hotel, a bit warned out. Location is not close to the center of Jaén but it is easy to find parking in the area.
